Outsmarting the Robots Q: Regarding your column on trying to get your resume past the robots, I’m a 59-year-old sales professional looking for a job. I suspect I’m getting bounced because I’m showing 20-plus years of experience. How should I be describing my experience to get past these     1     systems?—C.P.
