根据短文内容,判断下列句子的正误。正确的填“T”,错误的填“F”。

Imagine you’re at the supermarket. You pay for some food, then throw one third of it into the trash. This may sound crazy, but millions of us are doing this around the world, although not in such a direct way.

According to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, over 30 percent of food produced worldwide goes to waste. Most of it is thrown away by shops that are unable to sell it or by people who buy too much food.

Do we have to do so? Creative minds say no. When we have extra (额外的) money, we save it in a bank. So how about setting up “banks” for food that we can’t eat? Many countries, including China, are trying this out.

Some people in Shanghai recently set up a fridge in their community, filling it with cake and canned (罐装的) food from nearby markets and restaurants. It’s free for anyone to enjoy.

The Real Junk Food Project is a company in the UK. It reminds people that food past its sell-by date (保质期) is still okay to eat. The company collects leftover food from supermarkets and puts it on shelves in cafes (小餐馆).

The food in the cafes has no price label (标签). You can offer as much money as you want, or give back your time as payment. There are now 125 Real Junk Food cafes worldwide.

Does the food that you have bought, but can’t eat, have to become junk? You decide.

1. Every year, about one-third of food produced around the world goes to waste.
2. The same banks that save your money can help you save food.
3. In the Shanghai community, people can get free food from a fridge.
4. Food that is past its sell-by date can’t be eaten, according to the Real Junk Food Project.
5. The passage mainly talks about some creative ways to save food.

【推荐2】I don’t have to explain to you why sleep is important. Our bodies have a need for daily and deep relaxation. However, many people suffer(遭受)from disruptive sleep(失眠)through night after night. If that’s you, the following can help you get some good sleep.

Rest with the sun

When the sun goes down, it’s a sign for you to begin to relax. Of course, You don’t have to go to sleep at once, but begin to relax your body. Rest with some light reading or by relaxing on your sofa. You’d better not take high-energy activities, such as playing basketball at night.

Make your bedroom the room for rest

The bedroom isn’t the room for you to play or study. Or at least it shouldn’t be. When you put your televisions or computers in your room, they make it difficult for you to fall asleep. Put away any unnecessary things and make it a place mainly for relaxation.

It can’t get the best preparation(准备)for sleep. So experts(专家)say it’s better to have about three hours between dinner time and bedtime.

【推荐3】Most friendships die a nature death: people move, change jobs, or start different stages of life. Other friendships, however, end unexpectedly. When a friendship is over and you don't understand why, it can be especially painful. Sometimes a friend ends your relationship without telling you why.

The loss of friendship might be worth reflecting on. Knowing when a friendship is over and why it ends may help you build stronger friendships in the future.

●See if you can find a problem.

When a friendship is over, examine your relationship. Perhaps you remember your friend complaining that you're always late. Maybe you seldom return your friend's phone calls. When a friend ends your relationship, try to find out the reasons why the friendship is over.

●Write a letter to your friend.

Express your feelings about the friendship. Do you miss seeing them? Do you have any regrets? Would you act differently if you were still friends? Make it an honest communication.

●Express your feeling of being hurt or anger.

Write or talk about how you feel in a letter. When a friendship is over, it's important to communicate exactly how hurt you feel and why. Write until you have nothing left to say. When a friend ends your relationship, you do have the right to express yourself.

●Communicate that you are open to pick up the friendship.

When a friendship is over and you want to reconnect some day, send Christmas, or birthday cards. Say hi and send greetings through mutual(共有的)friends. When a friendship is over, don't give up until you're ready.

●Decide to make your present friendships better.

An adviser once told me that simply talking about your relationship strengthens your relationship. Talk to your present friends. Are they happy with your friendship? If a friend ends your relationship, learn something from it.
