Kerr said that the fear from things like giving a report in front of your class or performing in a school play can help us be more confident. Also, if you become more comfortable with the physical experience of fear, you’ll be better able to work through it during the difficult situations.
So, learn to love your fear. It only grows when we forget how helpful our fear is.

We asked about 2,000 people what they would do during the summer vacation. Most of the surveytakers agreed that the summer vacation was a break from homework and they could relax.
