Nowadays weight-losing had become popular among women. In order to make themselves pretty-looking, they try many different way of losing weight. Some go on diet, some take exercise, and others even turn to medicine for help. As a result, lots of products have been come into being, such as specially medicine and tea. They are using in different ways and work differently, but some have many side effects.
In my opinion, it's understandable what women seek beauty, but they ought to did it in a proper way. Take exercise is the best way . Turning to medicine for help is likely to do harm for their health.
When I started to play badminton, I am almost nine years old. I became interested in this sport but I practice much as possibly to become an expert. Very soon I participated every badminton event what was held in my city. The event helped me to get better. One year later, I was able to compete against other players in the state championship. There was a sense of worry within them, but at the same time I was very excited. Finally, I won a gold medal in the competition.
In the summary, badminton has total changed my life. These experiences of mine has left me with valuable memories.

As we know, our teenagers grow very fast, so we need a plenty of nutritious foods, such as fish, beans, fresh fruit and vegetables. You should not eat too much meal or too many sweets. However, you should take physical exercises regularly instead of studying all the time. For example, you can play basketball or swim after school. What’s more, have enough sleep is greatly importance. Therefore, I strongly advised you to have at least eight hours of sleep every day but not to stay up too late. Only in this way can you keep fit.

Last weekend, we watched an excited basketball match in our school. It is between Grade 1 and Grade 2 students. During the match, the players from all teams played very hard. Grade 2 was stronger. However, to our surprised, Grade 1 won at last. The player jumped and hugged celebrate their success. Just then, the players from the other team that came near and said “Congratulations!” to them. They worn smiles on their faces and you couldn’t tell from their expressions that they lost the match. We were touching by the scene and felt what important a role sport plays in daily life.
For students learned instruments, summer is always a “music season”. During vacation time, we are always busy attending various of lessons, taking exams and participate in contests. This summer I joined in a music contest but was lucky to getting the second place. It was the first time that I have played on the stage. In front of the stage were my exciting schoolmates. Facing so many people, I felt very upset at first, but that my teacher said kept me going ahead. Fortunately, I was given a silver medal, it increased my confidence. I saw a example of kindness during the Special Olympic Games in 1968. Kim, a severe disabled boy, took part in the 50-meter dash. He was racing against two other athlete who were in wheelchairs. In the race, Kim quickly moved ahead the other two. Ten meters from the finish line, he has turned to see how the others were doing. The other boy was pushed forward with his hands. The girl had turned her wheelchair around, but he was stuck against the wall. Kim stopped, went back, but pushed the girl across the finish line. The boy in the wheelchair won the race, and the girl comes in second place. Kim lost the race. However, the crowd, included me, didn’t think so, so we all gave him a cheer for his kindness.
As it is known to us, fewer and fewer students do sports regularly, what makes them weak and easily tired. There are many reasons about this. First of all, some of the students complained that they have too many homework, resulting in less time to take exercise. Beside, some of them think that it is very difficulty for them to keep doing exercise, because it is a very hard thing.
Because lack of physical activities, many students are in poor health. I suggest that our school must take measures to encourage more students to take part in sports. For us students, no matter what busy we are, it is necessary to spare some time to do exercise.
