There is no doubt that the teenagers need to take plenty of physical exercise to keep fit. Therefore, it is a fact that many students don’t have enough time work out after school. Instead, they are required to spend most of their time in their lessons. Actually, if students are too tiring, they have difficulty concentrating on their lessons. How can they master that the teachers teach them in class? Worse still, they were likely to be in poor health in the long run.

It is good to see that more people have realized the important of exercising and are playing sports regularly. But the problem is that there is not enough sports facilities to meet the people growing demand. I love playing the basketball with my friends on weekends. Therefore, it is difficult to rent a basketball field and possible to find a free one. And the charge is highly. Weather permitted, we can play outdoors. But winter or on rainy days, we have to turn to indoor courts. I hope the government can solve the problem, that will encourage more people to do sports.

I learn that some people laugh at me for being overweight. Don’t be so worried about your figure.

The ancient Olympic Games began in a year 776 BC. They held at Olympia in Greece every four years, for almost 12 centuries, until AD 394. In the ancient Olympics, by tradition the athletes were all men but they had to compete wearing no clothes. Today, both male and female athletes from around the world can take part, no matter whatever nation they come from. Chinese athletes have great contributed to the Olympic Games where many of them won gold medals, such as Xu Haifeng, Deng Yaping and Liu Xiang, the first Asian to winning the gold medal in the men’s 110-meter hurdles. The whole of China must have felt pride of them when they won.
