I love running. I started running in 2016, look forward to building up my body. Every weekday I stay actively by running on the track with other student. On weekends, in company by my father, I typically get out to explore the neighborhood in that I live. Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise.
Every student are able to learn to skip. You can skip alone or with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the length of your high. You should turn the rope slow so that you can skip safely. It might help with if you can sing a rhyme while skips.
When you skip rope, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself. So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

Have you ever had headache during a test? Have you ever been too concerned about something that you even can’t sleep at night? If so, then you know that stress is. Too much stress can result in angry, depression and other related problems, which we need to take them seriously.
However, not all stress was harmful to you. Some kinds of stress can help you getting things done better, like when you are running towards the finishing line or when you are asking to deliver a speech to your class. Stress sometimes can push you to make full preparations for a test.
The best approach of reducing stress is to have a balanced life. If you get enough sleep, eat proper, take more exercise and have enough fun time, you might feel less stressed.

Hi, Tom! Very glad to learn that you’re interested in many kinds of sports activity. Since sports are important for students’ health, our school builds a large playground and a gym which there are all kinds of sports equipment. They do morning exercises every day and take P.E. classes every week. What’s more, we play a variety sports after class. Most of us enjoy playing the basketball, volleyball and table tennis. I am honored to have the chance to write for you. I have noticed that our school has very limited resources in term of students’ opportunities to do sports.
It is known to all what sports are very important to young people. If they have an access to good sports facilities, young people can adopt a healthy lifestyle and become more confident.
I suggest build a new playground, where should be designed for students with different interests. They should have a different section for each activity and available to students all year round. I believe so a sports area will meet our sporting needs.

At first I was not quite willing to sit down and watched the 90-minute football match. Usually I just checked the results because I thought that was dull to watch a game in which players kicked a ball each other. Therefore, my father loves football. During the World Cup in 2002, my dad stays up late just to watch his favorite sport. Seen his strong interest in this game of 22 man running after a ball, I decided to sit down to watch the game. I found the game excited, and my dad explained for the rules. We shared our joy. Football is not too badly as long as I watch it with my dad!
