Last Sunday our school organized mountain climbing activity, whose purpose was to inspire us students to taking more outdoor exercise. Hundreds of students took part in it. Having gathered at the Xiangshan Park at 8：00, they set out for the top in high spirits. Along the way we enjoy the beautiful scenery, chatting with each other happy. If some people fell behind, others would come and lent them a hand, such as carrying their bags or making them feel encouraging. Nowadays, many a student don’t have enough time to do sports, thus causing their physical and mental health to suffer a lot of. Therefore, our school is conduct Happiness Fitness activities to improve our health.
As scheduling, the activities are held from 5:00 to 6:00 every afternoon. We are free do whatever we like, such as running and playing table tennis. The playground is full of laughters and life, and there are expressions of satisfy and joy on our faces.

Last Sunday, I went a rock climbing in a climbing gym. It had several walls covered with hand and toe holds of differently colors. I tied a rope to myself and my coach held one ending of the rope, guaranteeing his safety. There were many route on the climbing wall. I chose an easy one but reached the top quickly. And then I tried a harder one, what cost me more time and effort. Though my legs kept shaken after the climb, I was very content. I am eager to go here next time and I hope I will be qualified to take part outdoor climbing soon.

On the afternoon of last Friday, the English speech competition, organized by our English club, was held in our meeting hall. My office was fill with fit, slim people. When my colleagues work out at the gym, I stayed in and read. Instead of reading adventure novel, I would go for science fiction. One day last month,my mum came into my room,advised me to play sports on Wi Fit (健身游戏名). Finally, I selected tennis-after all, my mum played it on my own Wi Fit. Twenty minuteslater, I was extreme tired. As I slowly regained my strength, I found that I wanted to play again, who surprised my mum! I’ve now had Wii Fit for three months, and I play at least five times a week. My friend Leo was so amazing that he almost fell the sofa when I told him I was playing games on Wii Fit. Now I’m more fitter and healthier.
