My parents and I go on a road trip along G318 in this summer. It is the longest national highway in China from Shanghai to Tibet, along that we enjoyed many famous place of interest. When studied in elementary school, I talked to a better friend about volunteering. I was sorry to hear she has never volunteered before. The person I would like to interview him is Yang Liwei. I would really like to interview him because he is not only one of the greatest astronaut in the world but also the first Chinese go to space. The Dragon Boat Festival, also called the Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated in the 5th day of the fifth month of the lunar calendar. It is one of the major Chinese festival with a history of over 2,000 years.
The Dragon Boat Festival is in memory of Qu Yuan, an honest minister and poet who committed suicide by drowning him in the Miluo River. There is a number of activities such as eating rice dumplings, throw rice dumplings into the river and so on. People always eat rice dumplings but watch dragon boat races celebrate it. The festival is famous for its dragon-boat races, especial in the southern places which there are many rivers and lakes.
