4 . When I asked my mom for piano lessons in 2010, we were in the fallout of the recession (经济衰退). She said a polite “No”.

9 . I had arrived at the airport about 30minutes before the check in. It had been a very _____________ three days for me with lots of meetings. So I was glad to have the _________ time to make my notes on what I needed to do the following day.
