This summer, to support the activity of environmental protection, Jack and I was passing from Mainpuri city to another city while two young kids came to us and said: “Well done, you are doing good work. We are with you.” It was a very inspirational moment for me to get acknowledged and appreciate. They walked with us for one mile. They were very impressed by our work and looked very happily. They also offered food. But their words and companies were enough for us. Before that we didn’t need food or water, so we thanked them and were moved forward. Through journey, I hoped everyone could realize the important of environmental protection.

Grandpa lives in a distant mountainous area with forests around. He runs a grocery store, that wild animals appear from time on time. One day, two animals came to the door. They looked hungrily and Grandpa gave them some food to eat. Since now, the two animals have never left, lying in front of the shop after fed. Gradually, the lovely animals are popular, attract a lot of people to see them. As the result, Grandpa’s business is getting even more better. The animals have become an alive advertisement, so more but more customers come to buy item in the store. Grandpa’s kindness is paying off.

During the summer vacation I go camping with some friends in a forest park. To our surprised, we found that some tourists paid no attention to protecting the environment and throwing rubbish carelessly. To keep the forest park clean, we had to spend so many time picking up the rubbish left behind by tourists. But later we found the job of remove rubbish seemed to be endless, because of people were continuing to throw rubbish. So, most importantly, for my opinion, everybody should take action against the bad habits. The environment will not kept clean until all tourists realize the importance of protecting them.

World Environment Day falls on June 5 every year. It expressed our pursuit for a better environment. It is also one of the ways that for the United Nations to raise global environmental awareness and take measure.
As young students, we should advocate environmental protection but start from the things around us. They include maintaining personal and environmental hygiene, caring for every plant and tree in the school, and participate in various public welfare activities that cares for nature.
In addition, while caring for an environment, we should active follow the rules of the school. Try to be good students with good manners, what will also contribute the construction of the most beautiful campus.

Last Thursday, we have had a class meeting to discuss where to go for our autumn trip. We came up with several choices such as going boating, climbing a mountain, and going to park. Finally, we decided to go mountain climbing. The next day, we left to the mountain early in the morning. While climbing the mountain, we enjoyed the warm sunshine and the beautiful sceneries. However, when we reached the top, we were shocking to see rubbish here and there, such as bottles and banana peels. We felt sadly that many tourists didn’t take good care of nature. Soon, they started to pick them up. With all the rubbish putting in the rubbish bin, the place looked many more beautiful than before. When we came back, it was 5:30 in the afternoon. We were tired and happy.

Last Saturday, the Environmental Protection Club of our school hold a clean-up project in the People’s Park so as to raise the environmental aware of the public. A number of volunteer gathered at the school gate, but went to the park by bike. Some of them picked up the litter, and some were put the rubbish into the dustbins. Many visitors came to our help, showing considerable appreciation and support. That they did made the park much clean and more attractive. The project was great success and the club decided to organized such activities regularly.

After school, I was about to enter into my apartment then I saw a little dirty dog lying beside the dustbin. He looked extremely weak. Immediate the homeless dog filled me with mercy. So I decided to take him home. I gave him some food and bath. After the bath he looked energy and refreshed. What a lovely dog!
When my parents got home, I asked that I could keep the dog. To my surprised and joy, they agreed. Up to now, he has become a member of our family and everyone had enjoyed his company. Looked at the cute and happy dog today, I realize that I was right to help him. We offered him a shelter and he has brought ourselves great happiness and laughter.

My grandparents keep the lovely dog. It will run out to give me a warm welcome wherever I pay a visit to my grandparents. But last weekend I didn't see them when I arrived. I felt very strangely and asked Grandma about it. Learned that it was sick and that it hadn't eaten anything for two days, I hurried to examine it, but sure enough, I saw it lying in its house. After some treatment, it looked a lot good on the way home.
There are many people who wants to protect the environment but don’t know that should be done. Here are a few tips that can help you lighten the burden on the heavily polluting earth.
Don’t leave any electrical appliance (电器) on careless if you are not using it. It can contributed to saving energy. In addition, recycle cans, bottles, plastic bags and newspapers if circumstances allow us to. Finally and the most importantly, be an educator. Talk with both your family and friends about global warming or let them be aware the importance of protecting the environment. Please remember that everyone contribution counts when it comes to creating a greener world.

Last Monday, when I was taken a walk with my mother, I noticed some litter on the sidewalk. I knew it was time to take action. So on our way to home, we decided to do some clean-up work. I took a picker and my mother hold a big rubbish bag. Together they did litter pickup on the sidewalk. I was surprising that the bag filled up so quick. Then we threw it into the roadside dustbin but repeated the process two more time. It gave us a sense of satisfaction to know we did which we could for Mother Earth. We thought of doing this on a regular basis, maybe once month.
