文章大意:本文是一篇说明文。主要介绍了HARDCORE TANO*C这个日本独立音乐厂牌的历史、发展、主要活动以及与其他音乐游戏的合作情况。

6 . HARDCORE TANO*C is an independent Japanese music label that is known for releasing music compilations and albums focused on various forms of hardcore techno such as UK hardcore, happy hardcore, and gabber. The label was founded in 2003 by Yoshikazu Nagai(who at the time used the Akai Hito alias),originally under the name of Hardcore Tanoshii, but changed to its current name of HARDCORE TANO*C in 2007 after the release of the album HARDCORE SYNDROME. The label features a store which sells the most notable doujin(同人)music releases, and is well known for their frequent live events that are regularly organized throughout the years, including the annual TANO*C TOUR series of events and the S2TBTANO*C events done in collaboration with kors k’s S2TB Recording label.

From 2011 to 2018, HARDCORE TANO*C were very closely linked with BEMANI, most notably in beat mania IIDX and SOUND VOLTEX. It also appeared in lowiro’s Arcaea as part of the Arcaea× HARDCORE TANO*C Collaboration (联动) and SEGA’s maimai でらっくす Splash. It was added to Muse Dash on February 5, 2021.

7 . 阅读下面材料,根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段,使之构成一篇完整的短文。

“Trisha, happy birthday!” Trisha’s parents said together loudly, handing her a beautiful brown cat. Trisha’s eyes were shining as she thanked her parents eagerly.

“This is your cat now, sweetheart. Do remember to take good care of him. Having a pet means a lot of responsıbility,” Trisha’s mother said.

“I promise I will look after him very well, Mama,” Trisha said, nodding her head agreeingly. A sense of determination filled her eyes.

Trisha named her cat Whiskers, a fitting name for the animal’s adorable twitching whiskers (震颤的胡须). The cat really seemed to like this name. Every time his little owner called out “Whiskers”, he would come running and jump into Trisha’s arms, mewing (喵喵叫) joyfully.

Every day after school, Trisha would rush back home, feed Whiskers with his favorite food, take him out and play with him in the backyard happily. They would run after each other, play hide-and-seek, and curl up (蜷缩) on the sofa for comfortable afternoon rests. The house was filled with laughter and mews of contentment. The bond between Trisha and her new pet grew stronger with each passing day. They became inseparable companions, always finding joy in each other’s company.

However, one day, as Trisha was carefully preparing Whiskers’ food, her mind preoccupied with thoughts of the day ahead, she unintentionally left the front door open. She went about her usual routine, unaware of the upcoming turn of events.

It was only when Trisha turned around, ready to serve Whiskers his meal, that her heart sank like a stone in her chest. Horror flowed through her body as she realized that her beloved cat was nowhere to be seen. The once lively and comforting atmosphere of their home suddenly became cold and empty.

If it’s thought that you might have symptoms of bird flu, you’ll be advised to stay at home, or you’ll be cared for in hospital in isolation from other patients. Doctors can prescribe antiviral medicines to help prevent complications.     3    .

    4    ?

You can reduce your risk of infection by washing your hands regularly (particularly after going to the toilet and before handling food) and using a tissue when you need to cough or sneeze (and turning away from others if they are coughing/sneezing).

文章大意:本文是一篇说明文,讲述了《经济学人》杂志编辑团队在疫情期间居家办公的经历和变化。

9 . On March 16th I left the offices of The Economist to head home. That was the last day when all editorial staff assembled in our London office. And, at the time of writing, no date for a return to the office is in _______

It is remarkable how quickly we have adapted. The newspaper has been written, edited and produced from couches and kitchen tables. January and February seem like an ancient era — the BC (before coronavirus) to the new AD (after _______).

The shift may _______ great workplace transformations in the 19th and 20th centuries, and it has been a much more sudden transition than occurred with factories, enabled by advanced economies that revolve around services instead of manufacturing. Back in the 1970s, when Britain adopted a three-day week (to commit a miners strike), there were power cub and TV stations had to close down early. This pandemic has not turned the lights _______

Not only that, it has made remote work seem both normal and acceptable. In the past employees who stayed home had to overcome the _______ that they were bunking off (偷懒). Now those who insist on being at the office sound self-important.

Things are _______, of course. Video calls Jack the spontaneity of a normal meeting; no off-the-cuff (即兴的) remarks to lighten the mood. Distance makes it difficult to generate camaraderie. Creativity is probably harder to foster. Experts say new ideas come from weak links in networks — i.e., people you meet occasionally. Such “ _______ collisions” have become rarer.

Yet _________ offices will not disappear, it is hard to imagine that working life will return to BC ways. For more than a century workers have stuffed themselves onto crowded trains and buses to get into the office. For the past two months they have not had to commute. _______, for their part, have maintained expensive offices in city centers because they needed to gather staff in one place. The rent is only part of the cost; there are the cleaning, lighting, printers, catering and security ________.

Another aspect of the AD era may be the disappearance of the five-day working week. Even before the pandemic many workers became used to taking phone calls or answering emails at the weekend. In the AD era, the ________ between home and working life, a useful way of relieving stress, will be even harder to sustain.

In future employees may work and take breaks when they please, with the company video call the only ________. The downside, however, is that the rhythm of life has been disrupted and new ________ are needed. Looking further out, the AD era may bring other changes. Some may decide to live in small towns where housing costs are lower, since they have no need to commute. Men will have ________ excuses to skip cleaning or child care if they are not disappearing to the office. In a sense, this is a(n) ________ to normal: until the 19th century most people worked at or close to their homes. But social historians may still regard 2020 as the start of a new age.

文章大意:这是一篇应用文。主要介绍了四部迪士尼电影。

10 . Jungle Cruise

Jungle Cruise hits Disney’s streaming service alongside its arrival at cinemas. As such, you’ll have to pay $30 on top of your subscription fee to see it — a high price for a solo viewing, but a great deal for a family session. That’s good news, because this really is a winner of a family movie, thanks to the production values you’d come to expect from a Disney blockbuster (大片) and the chemistry between Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.

Inside Out

Just when we thought Pixar was on the decline, it released Inside Out, one of its most thoughtful and powerful movies. Featuring the voices of Amy Poehler, Bill Hader and Mindy Kaling, Inside Out made over $850 million at the box office upon its 2015 release. It wasn’t just a commercial success, as it scored 98% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Free Solo

Free Solo is one of the best documentaries ever made. Telling the story of Alex Honnold, the first man to “free solo” El Capitan, it’s a character study of a man who makes the impossible look almost ordinary; an Oscar-winning story that culminates (到达极点) — quite literally — in a close-up view of one of humanity’s wildest achievements.

Aladdin

You can agree or you can disagree, but I believe that Aladdin has the best song lineup of any animated movie that Disney has ever produced. A Whole New World, Prince Ali, Friend Like Me, Arabian Nights — banger after banger (一部接一部). That’s reflected in the critical response: Aladdin is one of the best-rated Disney movies ever, with a 92% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

1. What do we know about the movie Jungle Cruise?
A.It takes a total of $30 to see it.
B.It doesn’t require a subscription.
C.It is mainly intended for children.
D.It stars Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.
2. What makes Aladdin stand out among the movies above?
A.Its music.B.Its voice actors.
C.Its approval rating.D.Its dialogues.
3. Which movie tells an inspiring real-life story?
A.Jungle Cruise.B.Inside Out.C.Free Solo.D.Aladdin.
