Our class paid a visit to a nursing home on last Sunday.As soon as we get there,we first did a thorough cleaning.Some swept and mopped the floor.Some cleaned the windows and others did some washing.An hour late,the rooms looked clean but tidy and took on a new look. Reading had a lot of benefits. It can open up our eyes because of books are full of knowledge. I like reading newspapers and magazines from that I get lots of fun and learn about what’s going on around the world. I also read storybooks or novels which make me relaxing and happy. I seldom read e-book because they are bad for eyes. On weekends, I usually spend a whole afternoon read in the library. And I also read for about half the hour before going to the bed every night. Last week, our class played an interesting game calling the jigsaw puzzle (七巧板). All of us expect it to be a very easy task. After 10 minute of trying, however, they couldn’t make any of the patterns at all.
Soon our team leader saw another group’s jigsaw puzzle piece and found it was an exact piece our group needed. It turned out what the task was not to be done by a single group, or needed us to borrow other groups’ different shapes. After we realized this, everything solved quickly.
