Simply being aware of what is causing your anxiety can help to lessen exam anxiety. Take some time to think about what could be causing your anxiety.
Most of the time, the key to reducing exam anxiety is preparedness. Make an early start on your revision. Starting six weeks before the examination is recommended.
Revision is about revisiting things you have previously learned, not teaching yourself a new topic.
Sometimes you feel very calm during the revision period, but panic (惊慌) sets in the night before.
Maybe you have been fine the whole time, and you haven’t felt any anxiety.

Guilt is a destructive (毁灭性的) emotion that is a waste of time.
Know the past can’t be changed.
Whatever happened or whatever you did in the past, you can’t remove or change it by feeling guilty. If you cry and shout, you will not make the past different. It is better to concentrate on the present.
If you hurt someone while not meaning it, apologize for what you have said or done and then forgive yourself. What happened in the past will teach you a lesson, so you won't repeat it again, but it is important to forgive yourself.
Let the people you deal with know you are not easy to feel guilty.
If your boss gives you a hard time because you don’t work overtime and starts saying that there is no money award for you to make you feel guilty, then you can say things like “That is perfectly fine. I will get the award next time.”
