Everyone expect to have good interpersonal relationships, from which we can benefit. Therefore, not everyone has such good relationships. When the relationship went bad, loneliness and even trouble come along. But how can we establish and maintain a warm relationship? To begin with, they need to learn to respect others. Respect others will leave a good impression, what is beneficial for building a positive interpersonal relationship. It is very important for us to communicate with others effective. Here I’d like to give you three tips to make yourself understand.
Firstly, to make sure your statements are well-organized. You’d better organize how you will say into two or three points and then explain it one by one. Secondly, be brief and get to point. Try to make long story short because nobody is patience enough to listen to a long-winded speech. Thirdly, be sincere or maintain good eye contact. When you say something from the bottom of your heart, you were more likely to impress others. And looking someone in the eye mean you’re paying full attention to them.

Money is vital in everyday life. Is it the people earning lots of money which are successful? In some people’s eyes, being rich is equal to be successful. They say we live a materialistic world where everything including relationships is defined by money. To be successful, that is essential to acquire good education and it came from money. Success and money are close related to each other.
However, there are many people who have huge amounts of money, and in no case can they be said to be successful. Being successful means being satisfying with whatever things we have. Money cannot buy satisfaction and happiness, and a person without such feeling cannot be called a success.

Recently, one of my friends have sent me a short message, say that true friends are one soul in two bodies. It moves me very much and makes me think how true friendship is.
Nowadays, the word friendship has been used very often that it has lost its meaning. Some jokingly put it that friends are made to be taken advantage. In my opinion, true friendship doesn’t mean that when you need your friends’ help, you’ll treat them for dinner. True friendship is the communication of the hearts and understand of the friends’ souls. True friends keep you in the mind, no matter where they are. Once you have found such true friends, do treasure him. With friendship, life proves happily and harmonious.

I’ve been France for more than a month. But I still find it out a little but difficult to adapt to the French dinner table manners, who are very different from those in China. Here I’m not suppose to put both of my hand on the dinner table. I have to putting my bread on the table.
When I am full, it’s not politely to say that I am full. Instead, I should say. “That is delicious.” All these French customs is totally opposite to us at home! At first they seem pretty strange. But now I’m getting used to them.
