Spring has come with all its beauty! Trees have turned green or flowers can be seeing everywhere. Last Friday, my friends and me went on a spring outing. It was such a great fun! Ted, a British boy, along with his parents were invited to visit a Chinese calligraphy exhibition in London on last Saturday. To their joy, they saw some Chinese artists giving live performances with brush pens. Ted couldn’t help approach an elderly Chinese artist, which was writing attentively with big brush pen. Today I am glad to participate in an activity, which theme is Chinese weaving art, making me to have a taste of traditional Chinese culture deeply.
This activity held in my school library where I appreciated numerous art works, ranging from chairs to decoration. In addition, I was lucky enough to get a opportunity to learn what to weave Chinese knotting on the spot. During that time I was very enjoyable that I fell in love with the magical work immediate.
As far as I am concerned, not only do such an activity make me further feel the beauty of the weaving art, but also it is beneficial to arise people's aware of carrying forward traditional Chinese culture.

My classmates made a plan to go to the seaside last week. I was very excited and ask for my parents’ permission. To my delighted, they agreed. We gathered at 7:30 but set off at once. It took us more than an hour to arrive there by bikes. When we arrived, there had been plenty visitors. Some were playing the volleyball on the beach; some were running happy along the seaside. My sister and I went back at home from school one afternoon. Surprising, Dad announced that we are going to the neighborhood park. We screamed with excite and followed him outside. He was jogging in place, worn a big smile on his face. We ran after him to the playground of the park, what my sister and I joyfully watched Dad move from one piece of equipment to other. Some of my classmates and I went hiking on yesterday. Early in the morning, we gathered at our school gate and then head for West Lake, where was 10 kilometers away. On arriving, we first visited some famous places of interests there, which left a deep impression on us. Then we went boating, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. Final, we tasted some local special snacks. Before we knew it, it was time for us go home. Although the hike was very tired, we all had a good time. This morning I happened to meet a foreigner when I was taking walk in the park. It was a good chance for me to practise my spoken English, but I went up to him, introduced himself in English and expressed my wish to have a talk with him. I often went for a morning walk because the nature is at her best in the morning. The best place I like to go is the park where is not far away my house. In the morning, I can breathe the fresh air, hear the birds singing, but enjoy the beautiful sunshine. For the whole day, I will feel happier and more relaxing. My morning walk protect me from illnesses and improves my healthy. In my opinion, the morning walk is too healthy that I can’t love them more.

The summer holiday is coming. My classmates and I are talking about how to do during the holiday. We can chose between staying at home and take a trip. If we stay at home, it is comfortable but there is no need to spend money. But in that case, we will learn little about world. If we go on a trip abroad, we can broaden your view and gain knowledges we cannot get from books. Some classmates suggest we can go to places of interest nearby. I thought that it is a good idea. It does not cost many, yet we can still learn a lot.
