3 . You start the week with big ideas about what you’ll get done between Monday morning and Friday afternoon.     1     Some of that may be inevitable(不可避免的)if you found yourself dealing with urgent(紧急的)matters you didn`t know about when the week began. But some of it is because you got involved in things that weren`t that important. While there will always be unexpected issues to deal with, doing a few simple micro-challenges or exercises will set you up for a more mindful week and help keep you on track.     2    

Write down what you completed last week. Reminding yourself of what you’ve already achieved will make you feel happier and more successful.     3     So before you start planning this week, take just a minute or two to look back on the great things you got done last week, and write them down.

Write down your priorities for the coming week. Experts agree that you will remember things better if you write them down.     4     Is it realistic that you will finish everything you`ve written down this week? If the answer is no, eliminate(去掉)some things that may be important but can’t get done right away.

Center yourself.     5     So, just for a few moments, close your eyes and focus on breathing. Simply breathing slowly for a few breaths, or even one breath, will help you center yourself. When you open your eyes, you’ll be ready for whatever the week throws at you.

To start out, you need to go for what is best for YOU even if there would be some negative consequences. You can't be happy unless you make decisions that are right for you. If you do not make your own decisions and make decisions that will benefit you, your life would be a big lie to yourself.

Living a lie would not be a very good life. The truth is much better than living a lie or some fantasy world. If your whole life is a lie, then it is not a very beautiful life at all. In the song Lyin’Eyes, the woman is living a lie by pretending she loves this old man, when in reality" she is just in it for the money. As a result, her life is miserable and a big lie.

And finally, money can not buy happiness. A good example of this is from the song Lyin’ Eyes. The only reason the woman married the old man is for the money and gifts she would receive. This results in her life being not at all happy. This just goes to show that no matter how much money you have your life still might not be happy. It takes a lot more than a bunch of green paper to make your life a good one

In conclusion, doing what you want is best. If you don’t do what you want to, you won’t be happy with your life and your career.

6 . Motivation plays a role in almost everything we do. From getting out of bed in the morning to dealing with a chore or going after a new role at work, it's finally the sense of motivation that drives us from beginning to completion of any task that life throws to us.     1     They can complete daily tasks without a second thought and remain efficient from morning to evening. Others, however, may struggle to find a sense of motivation for different reasons. Fortunately, here are a few ways you can introduce motivation into your daily routine.

●Create attainable goals. Feeling stressed because of a goal or a project is normal. Even if the task is a big one, you can break it down into small goals to work your way to the finish line. For example, if you have a difficult project coming up, don't wait until the last minute to begin.     2     This will make you feel challenged, while also allowing you to feel as if you've completed important activities.

●    3     By rewarding yourself one thing at a time or at the end of the day, you can also teach yourself to be a more motivated person. This is about treating yourself for good work! Every time you complete a task, you know you're going to get a reward. Likewise, if you don't complete any task, you won't get a reward.     4    

●Create positive habits over time.     5     In order to make motivation a positive habit, a person needs to try and start completing activities every single day. Of course, it is fine to miss a day here and there but that should be done cautiously.
