A month ago, we have had our last sports meeting in the middle school, which meant a lot to us. It was not only a great chance to show our talents in sports, but valuable moment for us all to stand together and fight against our joint honor for the last time. We spend most of our spare time practice on the playground, repeating the simple movements again and again. The most impressed moment finally came. Every one of them stood straight and passed the platform full of energy and enthusiastic. It seemed as if we were on a great stage.
It is said that you will receive that you give. In the end our class got the first place with hard training. The sports meeting has been over but our hearts have got close.
It has been three month since I left the junior high school. Besides, there’s one thing I’ll never forget it. It was my turn to give an English speech in class. I feel worried because of my poorly spoken English. So I went to Miss Lee for help. Not only did she comfort me, but suggested I could be confident enough and gave me some valuable advices. And then I practiced the speech for nearly two hours at home every day. With my great joy, my speech was success. It was the teacher’s encouragement which helped me get courage. If Miss Lee hasn’t helped me, I couldn’t have enjoyed the success.
Through the experience, I know that when we have difficulty we should never be afraid to ask others for help and I am glad to live in this world filling with love.

On May 8th, students in No.2 middle school did plenty of interested things to celebrate Mother’s Day. At the beginning of the activity, they organize a competition in which the one who made most meaningful gifts would win.
Apart from it, students wrote letters to express thank to their parents, but someone is too shy to do so. When hear “I love you”, parents looked at their children mildly. They are deep moved, most of them were with tears in their eyes.
This wonderful activity gives them the great opportunity to care about out parents. And it is a good change to do something in return of love of parents. Most of the students enjoy taking part it.
Last week, a chorus competition was holding in our school. Our teacher told us about it on Monday and encouraged us take part in it. After the heated discussion, we both agreed to sing Defending Yellow River. Four days later, the chorus had started in the school hall. We sang with full passion, wearing uniform costume. We were glad to see that all audience applauded warm at the end of our performance. Thanks for our wonderful and inspired performance, we finally won the first prize. We were not only proud of our victory, and deeply impressed by the meaning of cooperation.

New college life is approached. I’m glad to hear that there will be six clubs for me to join in. Among those six clubs, the drawing club is my favorite one, that I’d most like to choose. On the one hand, I have been learning to draw for several years, but I hope the club can give me more chance to show my talent. Maybe I can have my own exhibitions and become a famously artist one day. On other hand, I expect to make more friends who has the same hobbies. Before I went to Yunnan to attend a teaching activity, I had wondered what music to bring into the mountains to share with the children there. Music is an universal language, that is the best way to communicate with the children there. And I was afraid that the children would be too shy not to sing a song.
However, when I arrived, I found there was nothing to worry. They were extreme energetic during my class. I choose a famous song by Jay Chou “Fragrance of Rice”, tell the children whatever happened, their family would always be there for them. They should cherish anything and try their best to overcome difficulty in their life.

Our school offers many a kinds of hobby classes. We take it in our free periods or after school. Last year，I took a freely Wednesday evening piano class，which I made friends with Li Hua. We chanced to live in the same residential community，but after class，we often walked home together. Little by little，we found that we shared a lot in common, though we were in different grade. Since then we had been very good friends. This summer Li Hua will finish high school and taking her College Entrance Examination. A group of international students visited our school in last week. To help them better understand our tea-drinking culture, I take them to the tea room in our school but introduced the history of tea-making and tea culture to them. All the international students was quite interested in my introduction. Then I showed them what to make tea. I sat at a table, slowly explain every step of the process while making tea. There are lots of experience in our life. The most unforgettable one for me is the speech competition holding last year. I’m interested in English. Boys and girls,
To make better use of the books we have used but no longer need them, we’ve planned to set up the book bank. We can recycle books and magazines that is in good condition in an effective way, thus avoided unnecessary waste. Meanwhile, the notes in our books can help another students learn their lessons efficiently than before. What’s equal important is that, by using the recycling books, a lot of money can be saved.
Therefore, it’s necessary that the Senior 3 students generously donate the used books and other learning materials, that will definitely serve as excellent examples for the students in those lower grade.
