So, is one better than the other? Well, both are important at certain times in our lives. For example, you would prefer to have an intelligent person working as an officer in a nuclear power (核电) factory. In 2023, China introduced new rules that cut online gaming time for minors (未成年人). Its purpose is to prevent minors becoming lost in video games.
