To stay healthy sometimes isn't difficult.
Have a healthy lifestyle. It's the best way to have a good lifestyle with family. When your family do the same activity, you can encourage each other to keep going. If you make your family enjoy doing exercise and eating healthily, you can also be healthy.
When you go shopping, buy healthy food. Buy more vegetables and fruit. Try different kinds of healthy food and try to eat at home every day. If you are eating out, try to eat healthy food.
Don't think of having food as a fun activity. Many times we do fun activities around food. For example, we may often meet our friends for lunch. In fact, there are many other activities you can do with friends. How about meeting friends for a sports game? You can eat, but the activity doesn't have to focus on food.
Looking after your health should not be boring. Start now!

In the past couple of years, video clips of young Chinese doing traditional fitness qigong have been on plenty of video sharing websites, especially videos of Baduanjin, a form of fitness qigong has been played for more than 10 million times and received over 6,000 comments on a quality-video sharing APP Bilibili.

To tell China’s stories, translation plays an important role. Good translators help foreigners learn more about Chinese culture, both traditional and modern.
·The Three-Body Problem 《三体》
This book has changed how western people feel about Chinese science fiction. Born in China and grew up in the US, Ken Liu helped it become popular. He writes science fiction himself. That made him translate the story better than others. He didn’t translate the book word by word. Instead, he tried to make it easier for English readers to understand. Now many English speakers have become fans of Liu Cixin and Chinese science fiction, including Barack Obama.
·Ne Zha 《哪吒之魔童降世》
Last year, when the movie went to North American theaters, there were wide discussion online about the translation. People found it hard to translate some Chinese into English. One example was jijirululing(“急急如律令”). American translator Jerimiah Willhite learned Chinese in college and is a big fan of Chinese culture. He translated it into “be quick to obey my command(指令)”. His work has helped English speakers enjoy the movie.
·Legends of the Condor Heroes 《射雕英雄传》
Almost everyone in China knows Jin Yong and his wuxia books. But in the West, he is not popular. One reason is that his books are difficult to translate. But British translator Holmwood made them easy and natural to understand. Holmwood began to learn Chinese at 21. When she read Legends of the Condor Heroes, she loved the world and characters in the book. She decided to bring it to more people. It happens during the period when a baby’s babbling (咿呀声) slowly changes from unclear voices into that first “mama” or “dada”. The babies have to find out how to shape their lips to make the sounds they are hearing, according to developmental psychologist David Lewkowicz of Florida Atlantic University, who led the study.
Clearly it doesn’t take them too long to understand the movements that match basic sounds. By their first birthdays, babies start changing back to look you in the eye again. It offers more clues that quality face-time with babies is very important for speech development more than, say, turning on the latest baby DVD.
But Lewkowicz went a step further. He and his student Amy Hansen Tift tested nearly 180 babies, groups of them at ages 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 months. How? They showed videos of a woman speaking in English or French to babies of English speakers. They found that when the speaker used English, the 4-month-old babies gazed (凝视) mostly into her eyes. The 6-month-old babies spent equal amounts (数量) of time looking at the eyes and the mouth. The 8-month-old babies and 10-month-old babies studied mostly the mouth. At 12 months, attention started changing back toward the speaker’s eyes.
But what happened when these babies are used to English heard French? The 12-month-old babies studied the mouth longer, just like younger babies. They needed the extra information to understand the new sounds. That fits with research into bilingualism (双语) that shows babies’ brains adjust (调整) themselves to tell the differences between the sounds of their first language over other languages in the first year of life.
The continued lip reading shows the l-year-old babies clearly still are fit for learning. Babies are so hard to study, says Duke University cognitive scientist Greg Appelbaum, who found the research so fantastic that he wants to know more.

【推荐3】Do you ever feel like you are running from one activity to another, or studying a mad rush of one subject after another?
When things happen at such a fast pace (节奏), it is easy to lose sight of what you are doing, or what you are learning. It is important to stop yourself every now and then to think about what you’ve been doing or learning.
Self reflection means stopping the mad rush of activity and calming yourself and your mind so your brain can weigh the information it has already received. Some people prefer to do their self reflections in their minds, while others keep written notes. Either method can work, depending on what your own personal style is. Whether thought or written, the process is the same.
School textbooks are often divided into units. This can make it easier for someone who wants to begin the process of self reflection to get started. Watch for the times when you complete a unit in any subject you are learning: math, history, science, or any other topic. Sometimes you are reminded that the unit is over because there is some kind of test.
Use these natural breaks as opportunities to stop and reflect. Find a quiet place. This can even be sitting at your desk at school when you finish something early and the other students are still working. If you are going to take notes, take out a piece of paper or your reflection notebook. Take down some quick notes on things that you learned in this unit that you did not know before you began. Let your mind think over the notes you have written and make some connections.
Sometimes just stopping to think deeply allows your brain to make connections so that new information can be quickly recalled (回想起) when you need it again. Next, think about things that you still wonder. For example, maybe you learned a new way to solve a math problem, but you’re not sure when to use it. Writing down your questions will help you remember to continue looking for answers the next time you come across the same topic.
Self reflection is an essential (必不可少的) skill for a successful student. If you have never taken time to reflect, try it now.
1. What do you have to do for self reflection?A.To divide your textbook into some small parts. |
B.To take down some notes quickly and carefully. |

A.It needs a quiet and comfortable place. |
B.It is a must for a successful student. |

D.It depends on the same method. |
A.To prove the necessity of self reflection. |

C.To encourage students to try self reflection and become successful. |

As we know, scattering(散射) happens when light goes through the air. For the same media(媒质), if thewavelengthislong, the scattering will be short. If the wavelength is short, then the scattering will be long.
Of all lights we can see red has the longest wavelength, so the scattering is the weakest. That means the red light travels far. In fact, it travels farther on rainy days.
Using the red light can help drivers in farther areas sec the lights. It helps drivers stow down or stop in lime. If drivers don't see the red light until they are close, they may not be able to stop the car in time. An accident may happen Red can also excite people. We can act more quickly when we see the color red. In a word, red lights help drivers stop in time and help prevent accidents.
