1 . I’m sorry. I have no idea why your week is bad. I don’t know if you try to tell anyone. But I do know that I’m sorry that you’re hurt, or bored, or lonely or lost.

There is something to make you feel better：go outside or look at the trees or look at a baby photo of yourself.

When you are unhappy, you hope that someone say, “Yeah, that sounds really hard.” But in fact, other people often tell you that you should show smiles and put the sadness in the heart. That’s very bad.

I want you to know you can spill（溢出）your bad day all over the places and wear it on the front of your shirt.

2 . People around the world have great fun doing sports because sports bring them health and happiness(幸福). Different people play different kinds of sports. Some sports are very interesting and many people all over the world enjoy them. Soccer is popular in most countries. Swimming is popular in warm places. Skiing(滑雪) is popular in cold countries, like Canada and Ireland.

Some sports or games have a long history, like riding and Chinese Kongfu. But soccer and volleyball(排球) are very young. They are only about one hundred years old.

People can learn from each other well in sports. Many players make friends after they have a game. Other people relax themselves(他们自己) by watching games on TV. Sports also help people to work hard. It is good for all of us.

3 . Street-ball is a city game. People play it on playgrounds and in gyms around the world.

Usually only one side of the court is used in the street-ball, but the rules of the game are almost the same as basketball games. The number of players in a game maybe only 2, and it is called one-to-one. Sometimes there are also two teams of five players each. It is easy for you to join a street-ball game. You only need to go to an outdoor court. If there are some teams playing, and they agree to let you take part in, then you have a chance to join any team.

Street-ball is a very popular game in the world, and it is very popular with young people. Some cities in the United States even have street-ball programs on TV. It is said that this is a good way for young people to keep away from troubles such as crimes(犯罪) and drugs(毒品).

4 . Taking care of your teeth is necessary. And it is important to have healthy teeth. They can help you speak clearly (清楚地). Do you want to have healthy teeth? Follow my suggestions, please.

It is not enough to brush your teeth only once a day. Brush your teeth at once after each meal. Food debris (残渣) can make your teeth ill slowly. And you should brush all of your teeth, not just the front ones. Take your time while you are brushing. Spend at least three minutes each time when you brush.

Use high- quality (质量) toothbrushes. Good toothbrushes can help you protect your teeth. At the same time, you need to keep your toothbrush clean and dry. Change your toothbrush at least every three months.

Eat less candy or other sweet food. Drink more water instead of drinks such as coffee and coke.

Go to see a dentist and ask him to check your teeth once a year. He can find out your problem before it becomes too serious.

Life in 2050

What will life be like in the year 2050? No one knows, but of course it will be very different from it today. Here are some predictions(预言):

Second, cars will run faster, and computers will control(控制) the speed instead of people. So there won’t be any accidents.

Third, people will be able to live in the sea(海边), because the cities on the land (陆地) is crowded and noisy.

Last, water will have become one of our most serious problems because there could be serious shortage(短缺). Some scientists predict(预测) that water could be the cause of war if we don’t act now.

7 . The flu can spread quickly in the air. Many people can have flu easily, but this doesn’t mean there is nothing we can do to prevent it. In fact, the virus (病毒) doesn’t live in the air for long. It needs to land quickly, or it will die. This helps us to prevent it. What can we do?

First, try not to touch things that many people touch, such as handholds of buses or subways, or the virus will jump into your hands.

Second, don’t touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands outside, or the virus in your hands will get into your body.

Third, wash your hands often. This won’t kill the virus, but it will help to wash it away and keep your hands clean.

Fourth, when you cough, cover your mouth with your arms instead of your hands.
