2 . My name is Will Charouhis. I come from Miami, the United States. The city is known for the warm weather and many beautiful beaches. Every year, many people come to visit the city. But the city is in danger now. Because of rising seas (海面上升), it will be under about 0. 6 meters of water by 2070. I’m worried about that.
One day, I learned about mangroves (红树林) from a book. They grow in or near water. They can take in greenhouse gases (吸收温室气体) and may stop seas rising. I was so happy to know that.
