What can you do when someone hurts(使受伤,使疼痛) you. Most people may be angry or even fight with the one who hurts him or her. But it’s not a good idea. The best way is to forgive(原谅,宽恕) him or her. Although(虽然,尽管) it is not easy for us to forgive people who hurt us. “Forgiveness makes people hopeful and it is good for our health.(A)”says Fredric, Ph. D the writer of the book called Forgive for God.

But how can we forgive others?

First, think of something beautiful and try to get yourself happy.

Second, don’t wait for others to say sorry to you. If some people hurt you, they won’t say sorry to you. They may just want to hurt you or they just don’t see things the same way.

Third, try to see things in others’ shoes.(B) You can write a letter to yourself from the offender’s(冒犯者) point. That can make you understand others better and make yourself happier.

9 . Hello, I’m Lucky. I am a guide dog. I start training（训练）in a school when I am little. Being a guide dog is not easy. We have to be very smart. We need to understand orders（指令）. I am very kind to people. So people trust（信任）me.

What do I learn at school? I learn to wear a harness（导盲鞍）. When the harness is on, I start my work. I can lead a person from one place to another. I stop when I see trees in front of me. And I can remember the paths.
