Or do you like the sharing motivation and companionship that comes for being part of a team? Then school sports and club teams are great ways to stay actively with others.

A few years ago I attended in a sports meeting in a special school. Nine runners, all either physically and mentally disabled, got ready at the starting line for the 100-metre dash. On hear the gun, they all started, not very fast, but at most with excitement. Then all of sudden, one boy who fell on the ground began to cry. The others eight runners heard the boy. They slowed down and looked back. They all turned around and went back to her. One girl bent down and helped him up gentle. All nine linked arms and walk across the finishing line together. Everyone in the stadium stood on their foot, and the cheering went on for several minutes. And I was deeply moved by the scene.

I used to hating swimming and didn't consider learning it. Last year, I couldn't sit and stand because of severe pain caused by the strange illness. My doctor advised me to do some water-based activities. So I begun to learn swimming. Surprising, my pain disappeared when I fully in water. Then, I spent several hour swimming every day. After a swim, I could write at my desk in peace with pain. Swim not only eased my pain, but also gave me the energy I needed it to work. From then on, I never judged anything before I really knew it.

Last week, the annual sports meeting held in our school. As soon as the headmaster announced the begin of the event, the students began to parade into the sports field.
I competed in the high jump and came the second. Then I joined the 100-meter relay. The runner worked together and got the first place. After that I joined my classmates to cheer loudly for the players whom took part in other matches. While watched these matches, we felt so exciting to see the players struggling hard for the honor of our class.
When the sports meeting ends, the players had a photo take with their medals. I found the sports meeting real unforgettable.

I use to be a person who hated exercising. And after I started playing baseball, I became attracting to the sport. Now, I spend most of my time improving my skills, for it is the hard process for me. Last Friday's afternoon witnessed the annual English Speech Contest at school, which was such great that many students thought highly of it. Over twenty students took the part in the competition. The results came out soon and the winners awarded.

Last Saturday witnessed an impressive marathon race what nearly drew the attention of every student and teacher in our school. The students selecting from every class took an part in the competition. The route, measures about five kilometers, were from our school gate to the Science Museum. All the runners tried our best to finish the task, their classmates along the way giving them necessarily help as well as encouragement. At last, every runner managed to reach the finish line, receiving cheers from all the direction. The mascot(吉祥物) of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games official made its public appearance on Tuesday. It was a cartoon character inspired by giant pandas. The smiling panda is named with Bing DwenDwen in Chinese. Color circles around its face symbolize skating tracks and 5G technology. Bing, Chinese word for “ice”, shows purity and strength, but DwenDwen means sincerity, liveliness and health — also characteristics of pandas. Perhaps pandas are the animals most easily recognizing by us in China. The mascot combines our traditional culture and how pandas look like with winter sports elements. The image shows our great expect of the Games and that our Chinese welcome the world.
