Hear the news that the 2022 Winter Olympics would be hold in China, I felt very excited. It struck to me how I learned skating when I was child. At 7, I began to go crazy about skating, like all my friend. At the beginning, it was extremely tough for me to keep my balance. I always fall over on the ground, as a result of which I thought I had no talent for skating. So I gradually lost confidence and became impatient. The more impatient I was, the more terrible I did. I was about to give up while my father came to my assistance. Encouraged by her, I restored confidence and stood up again. The mascot(吉祥物) of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games official made its public appearance on Tuesday. It was a cartoon character inspired by giant pandas. The smiling panda is named with Bing DwenDwen in Chinese. Color circles around its face symbolize skating tracks and 5G technology. Bing, Chinese word for “ice”, shows purity and strength, but DwenDwen means sincerity, liveliness and health — also characteristics of pandas. Perhaps pandas are the animals most easily recognizing by us in China. The mascot combines our traditional culture and how pandas look like with winter sports elements. The image shows our great expect of the Games and that our Chinese welcome the world.

I was so proud that I heard my team won the ice hockey competition. It made me feeling like I could achieve anything. Only three years before, I was terrified of walking or skating on ice. To deal with this, I decided to join skating club. My teacher was great but before I knew it, I was able to skate. He then persuades me to try ice hockey. I loved it and was soon practising with my local team on almost every evening. We’re now training hardly for national competitions and hope to be champion one day, but his ultimate goal is to be an ice hockey teacher and help people learn to play this game.

Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all ages. People skip rope for fun and exercises.
Every student is able to learn to skip. You can skip alone and with your classmates. If you skip alone, you will need short rope about double the long of your height. You should turn the rope slowly so that you can skip safely. It might be help if you can sing a rhyme while skips. When you skip rope, your heart beats faster than usually and your body is stressful. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself.

When talked about sport, I always feel very exciting because I like it so much. I love playing tennis，but it is my favorite sport. At first I was not quite willing to sit down and watched the 90-minute football match. Usually I just checked the results because I thought that was dull to watch a game in which players kicked a ball each other. Therefore, my father loves football. During the World Cup in 2002, my dad stays up late just to watch his favorite sport. Seen his strong interest in this game of 22 man running after a ball, I decided to sit down to watch the game. I found the game excited, and my dad explained for the rules. We shared our joy. Football is not too badly as long as I watch it with my dad!
