Last year I attended an after-school program calling Young at Arts where I learned dancing. My most favorite teacher at Young at Arts was Mrs. Li. She changed the way she looked at life. Mrs. Li talked with me to help me get through hard times that I was frustrated with not only dancing, but also life. She teach me that my attitude can be important than my talent. Many of cars broke down on the way and some drivers spent much time under their cars than in them. The win car reached at a speed of forty miles an hour.
It is interested to visit another country, but sometimes there are some questions when we don’t know the language very well. It may be difficult to talk about the people there. We may not know how to use the telephone in the country which are visiting. We may not know what to buy the things we need. In a strange country we may not know where to eat and what to order in a restaurant. It is not easy to decide how many money to tip (付小费) waiters or taxi drivers. When we are helpful，we may not know how to ask help. After a short time later, however, we learn what to do and what to say. We learn to enjoy life in another country, and then we may be sorry to leave both the place and the people.

This afternoon I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I still didn't tell anyone but even refused the offer of help of my classmates. As result, the hurt in my foot became bad. Now I know I am wrong. When I heard I got the first prize, my heart was filled in joy and tears rolled down. Through this speech competition, I understand that it is confidence which makes people successfully.
Nick Vujicic, without arms or legs by birth, is the very person I've been admiring. Disabled as he is, he has been proved to the world that he can live as rich and full a life as normal person. He never sits around feel sorry for himself. On the contrary, owing to his optimism, not only has he succeed in caring for himself, but he also graduated with Griffith University. That inspires me most is that he has even started an organization called LifeWithoutLimbs to help other like him achieve their dreams.
On his life journey, Nick has sought after the best yourself despite his disabilities. Similar, we are what we are, not what we were or what we will be. Cherish the present.
Smoking is widespread phenomenon even among teenage students. The number of young smokers are increasing. It is estimated that over 10% of the senior high school students had tried smoking once or more. Some of them even steal money from their parents to buy cigarettes, that is terrible.
