I am David. As a eighteen-year-old student in Senior 3, there have always a new challenge just around the corner! At times they can be quite stressful, which in turn makes me feel very worry. In order to help deal this, I go jogging as often as possibly. Whether I’m at the gym and on the road, my nervous energy push me through mile one. By mile two, the tension has moved from my mind to my leg. By the end of the run, all my stress has been disappeared and I am ready to meet more challenges with confidence the next day!

It is of very popular and is also celebrated in much other Asian countries. The festival fell on the 15th day of August in the lunar calendar or is celebrated in different ways. It is a time to get together with family and friends. People usually have a get-together, enjoy a large meal. In the evening, people talk and eat moon cakes under the beautiful moon. Children prefer to listen to fairy tales while adults appreciate bright full moon in the open air. The moon is a symbol of reunion, lucky and wealth. It is also a custom to express best wish to people they love at this particularly time.

Almost all parents in China hope their son or daughter will have happy future. They are very strict with their children, and so is teachers in schools! Many children are given so much homework which they hardly have any spare time to do sports. The children are forbidding to do anything but study it. It is no wonder that there’re so many children tiring of their lessons. Some even attack their parents or teachers! I strong believe many people had already read this kind of news in newspapers or magazines. Shouldn’t we draw a lesson from the accident? Now our government is carrying on a plan to solve the education problems. Therefore, let’s work together.
Mistakes are unavoidable in life. But attitudes towards it may make difference. I still remember how my spoken English was improved. At the beginning, I always kept silent in our oral class to avoid make mistakes. Before long my teacher got to know about his situation, he encouraged me to speak out that I thought. Whenever I made mistakes and felt discouraging, my teacher and my classmate would help me to find out my problem. I also joined in an English club to get more chances to speak. Practice makes perfect. Now I can talk fluent in English. Just as the saying went, “Every bean has its black.”Don't be afraid of making mistakes. Learning from mistakes, and success is just waiting for us.
I like the Spring Festival, during that I usually enjoy myself greatly. All the family member often get together to have a big dinner. We also visit our relatives or friends. To my great joy, my grandparents always gave me some lucky money. Last year, I spent the Spring Festival happily as usual, but one thing made me surprising. My grandparents didn’t give me lucky money at first! It seemed that they had forgotten about them. Seeing I was puzzled, my grandpa laughed at. Several minutes late, my mobile phone received message. It was my grandpa who sent lucky money to me secret through WeChat! How cool and humorous my grandpa was!
As is often the case, when people are attending to meetings, having meals or waiting for buses, you can always find them addicted to their phones, complete ignoring others.
This is really a common phenomena in our life. The reason is why phones nowadays can be used by people to play mobile games and kept in touch with friends through QQ and WeChat. Therefore, too much exposure to phones are bad for people in terms of health. Moreover, people involving in phones fail to communicate well with those around us.
As far as I concerned, people should wisely make use of their phones to help with their work and study. Meanwhile, they should also care more about their family and friends rather than phones.
It is well known that one of the aims of UNESCO is to protect and preserve culture and natural heritage. Our heritage is the precious gift, and it is also that we live with today. I believed some of you may have visited Mount Tai and Mount Huang, or have been to Jiuzhaigou. Many people just find unbelievable that so beautiful places exist in this world.
These heritage site impress visitors with their amazed beauty, and they are a great source of inspiration. There are altogether more than over 900 World Heritage Sites. People have come to understanding the truth that they do not belong to any single person, and to all mankind.

I’d like to share with you what has happened to the transportation in our city.
Firstly, great changes have been taken place to the transportation inside the city, which makes it convenient for citizens to get around. Some narrowly streets have been broadened, but there are less traffic jams. Secondly, transportation to other cities had also improved. Several highways are now on construction. Two high-speed railways connected our city to the national high-speed railway web is close to completion. At that time, the travel time to Beijing will be reduced to three hour. What deserves to be mentioned is that a airport has been in use for several years, making your city more and more popular.
When I came to England, I know little English. As you can probably guess it, my life was difficult for a time. Simple tasks like ordering food or take a taxi were quite stressful. I signed up for classes and studied on my own as well, so I made poor progress. I became very discouraging. Finally, I found best way to learn English was to make friends with native speakers and spend time on them. I appreciated playing in a band with an English woman which became one of my best friend in London. My English improved great by hanging out with her.
Chaplin made people to laugh at a time when they felt depressed, but they could feel more content with their lives. He was popular to people all over the world for his particular form of humor acting. The little actor became known throughout the world. He played the main character which was poor and homeless, wore large trousers, worn-out shoes and a small round black hat, and carries a walking stick.
The character was a social failure, but he won the love of his audience for his determinations to be kind to others and overcome difficulties. In his film The Gold Rush, Chaplin successful made a sad situation entertaining by eating a boiled shoe.
