We all know that cycling is a greatly exercise. A doctor tells me people who lives the longest are dancers and cyclists. Hello, everyone! It’s my great honor to talk with the benefits of Taichi, my favorite physical activities.
To begin with, Taichi helped stretch our muscles, improves our body’s range of movements and makes us to have a lower risk of diseases. What’s more, Taichi can help us get over negative feelings whatever we feel sad.
But as for me, a year of practising Taichi has positive effect on my everyday life. I sleep well at night and I am more energetic during the day. Besides, Taichi has taught us to relax my mind, enabling me to stay calmly in stressful situations. I am sure I’ll continue to practise Taichi but enjoy the benefits it has brought me.

I would like to talk about my favorite sport, running. I only take it up a few months ago thanks to my colleagues whom are professional runners. I spend more than two hours run every afternoon. There are several reasons why I am fond this sport. First, it is the pretty cheap and easy sport to try. All I need is a pair of running shoes. Second, this is a sport that can bring us some new friends. Third, since I started this sport I have hardly caught any more common health issue like fever, flu, or cold. My grandmother is 89 years old. She had never used a mobile phone until she received it for her birthday this year. One of the big reasons why people drop an exercise program are lack of interest. If that you’ re doing isn’t fun, it’s hardly to keep it up. When picked the right type of exercise, consider your workout personality. For the example, do you like to work out alone? If so，solo sports like running or biking could be for me. Or do you like the shared motivation that comes for being part of a team? Then school sports and club teams are great ways to stay active with other.

I was excited to know you like music from your letter, and neither do I. As we all know, music is an important part of our life today. No one will say no to music and everybody has their taste in the music. When I was very young, my parents would encourage me listen to classical music. They wanted to develop their interest and good taste. So as I grow up, I fall in love for rock music, which makes me feel cool. It is said that music can heal people’s souls. While listening to some peaceful music, I am surprising calm. When I am not happy, I will listen to music and then dance to it in my bedroom. Music can help me forget something annoyed.

I was doing a part-time job at a store and a customer was trying to ask me some questions about some of our camera. She had a small boy and he wouldn’t calmed down. I could tell she was very embarrassing. And I know how it feels to be looked at by others as the parent which can’t control a child. In the fact, you can’t always stop a child make trouble no matter how good a parent you are. I wear a bow in my hair and I gave it the boy. He immediately smiled and started playing with it. The customer appreciated what I had done and was very thankfully when I allowed his child to keep the bow.
Last summer, my friend and I went to his hometown in bus to spend the vacation. It was a seaside village, one of the more popular tourist attractions in the area. When we arrived there, I deeply impressed by its beauty. In the morning, we got up early and took a walk on the beach, which a lot of tourists were taking photo. In the afternoon, we often go swimming and played the volleyball with some local kids. In the evening, we always sat on the softly sand, watching waves coming and going. It was quite a relaxed holiday. We enjoyed us very much.
As we all know, most people, especially students, use to go to the library to borrow books, such as reference books and novels. Therefore, with the rapid development of the Internet, nowadays fewer or fewer people will go to the library. That’s because they can easy get the information when they need from the Internet. What’s the more, mobile phones and computer have played major roles.
Personally, even though we can do reading on the phones or computers, we are not supposed to spend too much time fix our eyes on the electronic screens, which is not beneficial to his eyes. I strongly suggest we should make full use of our spare time go to the library.
The other day, when my grandma and I are walking home after shopping, all of sudden, a man fell off his motorbike nearby. Without any hesitate, my grandma rushed to help the man rise to his foot. The man was very grateful and said he didn’t got injured. The road was wet after the heavily rain. That was because he lost his balance. My grandma still insisted that she be sent to the nearest hospital. I was greatly inspired by that she had done and I really admired for her because she had set a good example to me.
