2 . I will never forget the year I was about twelve years old. My mother told us that we would not be _________ Christmas gifts because there was not enough money. 3 . As she waited at the edge of the ice for her music to start, Peggy took a quick look at her father standing nearby with a group of parents and teachers. He smiled at her. 8 . All of us can give others a hand as long as we are willing to do so. Actually, there are some people doing kind things all the time. Spreading kindness, one good deed at a time, is Karla Gibson's mission. "I wish everyone could join me. There are so many _______things going on in the world; I mean every day," said Karla.

Karla had the commitment and sense of_______in December of 2013. The single mother of three said she tended to feel depressed around the holidays, so she _______to do something to cheer others up. Karla's acts of kindness have become a________affair. Her two sons are always ________others. "Sometimes I'll ask Kyle, ‘ So, did you do anything extra nice today?   and his answers are like ’Somebody________something in the hallway and I picked it up’ or 'I held the door for someone', that kind of thing," said Karla.
