As science fiction offers surprise and exciting, I had a strong urge to read The Three- Body Problem written by Liu Cixin. The book, first releasing as a series in Science Fiction World magazine in 2006 in China, turned out to be a hit.
The book described the story of Ye Wenjie and Wang Miao, two scientists on the not distant future. Ye joins a secret project to contact aliens. Meanwhile, Wang registers or logs on to an online video game called “Three Body”. It has influenced minds deeply that people are worried about the possibility of the earth being invaded by an advanced civilization.
Curiously, I was referred to an online forum and concluded that the concern is necessary, at least for now. Which is declared by scientists, the chance of life beyond the earth develops into superior intelligence is quite slim.

Do you often talk with your parents? A recently survey shows that nearly half of the high school students doesn’t like to talk with their parents. 43. 3% of them have trouble communicate with their parents. What was worse, 82. 8% of them don’t want to share their secrets their parents. Actually, it is important for us to communicate with our parents though they are the dearest people in our life, whom care for us all the time. By letting them know that what we think, we can get practical advice from them, which can help us to deal with many problem in life.
In this way, we can feel more confident about us and live happily.
Jonny likes read in bed. It is bad for his eyes and now he is near-sighted. He doesn’t like everybody else to know about it, or he never wears glasses, which often brings him some trouble. One cold winter morning he is going to school. He got off the bus in a stop in a small town where the school was. The bus stop was just opposite school across the street.
When he was cross the street, he nearly got hit by a car because he didn’t see the traffic lights clear. When he got to the school gate, the wind begins to blow. Suddenly, it blew his hat off. He began to run after it so he couldn’t get it. He couldn’t understand why his hat ran down into a house as if it had leg. And he ran into the house, too. A woman stopped him and shouted angrily, “Why are you running after my hen for?”
Now he knew he really could wear a pair of glasses. It is very important to see things clearly.

When I have free time I go a long walk. Some people read the books or watch television while others have sports.
Charles and Linda Mason do all of these things as well as climbed buildings. In the last five years that they have climbed churches, high buildings and television towers. They have climbed all over the world. Charles said, “as soon as I see a real tall building, I want to climb it. We climb everywhere, not only in America. They have been to Europe many time. ” Two months ago they were back in America. Last Sunday Police cars hurried to the taller building in New York, which a large crowd had gathered. Charles and Linda were seen near the top of the building. When they came down the police were angry to them. One police officer said to them. “Buildings have elevators (电梯), don’t they? Why don’t you use them?”

Dear officer,
I am writing to extend my sincerely gratitude to you. Since the middle of August, there have been frequent mountain fires in Chongqing, caused great damage. However, the rescue work is not easy due to the uncertain of the wind.
Fortunately, you come to our rescue immediately. Professional rescue teams, armed police, fire fighting and others rescue forces spared no efforts to put off the fire. What touched me most was that the volunteers joined in the rescue work regardless of the hot weather and burning ground. That occurred to me that but for your help, Chongqing could have returned to normal so soon.
Your commitment really means a lot of to us, and I do hope to have the opportunity to repay your selfish devotion.
There was a important basketball match yesterday. I had a quickly lunch and went to school. I found difficult to work in class because I kept on thinking about the match in the afternoon. Match ended a little earlier. Our teams was playing against the team from No.6 Middle School. Their team was a very big and strong. And we felt a little afraid for them. Our team was neither very big or very strong. But we were sure we can beat the other team because we had very good teamwork but we could play together very well.

World Wetlands Day, celebrating annually on 2 February, aims to increase aware and understanding of the importance of wetlands to humans and the globe. It also spreads information about what valuable wetlands are and encourages individuals and governments to take actions to prevent their loss. The day was first organized by a group of environmentalist who wanted to celebrate and protect wetlands.
Wetlands are ecosystems which water is the primary factor controlling the environment and the associated plant and animal life. Wetlands are disappearing at a rate three times fast than forests, making them the Earth’s most threatened ecosystems. Human activities, such as agriculture development, urbanization, pollution, overfishing and climate change, have contributed the loss of wetlands.
Actions needed to save the world’s wetlands from disappearing and restore those we have already lost. That’s because of wetlands provide critical habitats for a vast variety of wildlife, offering valuable opportunities for outdoor recreation, and play a crucial role in flood control.

Our school had carrie
I really appreciate this experience as it raised my aware of white pollution. I'd avoid use plastics and urge others to do the same. Like a famous saying goes, many hands make light work. So let's start from us and act from now on.
Last week I visited a small village to see the brown bears, what come to the villages at night to look at food. I waited with some tourist. As it grew dark, we see the huge black shapes of the bears. Those clever bears knew where to go for its dinner: the rubbish where there was lots of food people have thrown away. Although it’s wonderful to see the bears in the village, but it can only mean one thing: their habitat is disappearing. They would prefer to stay hiding in the mountain forests, but the trees have cut down for firewood. However, they cannot find enough food any more.
Last Sunday I finished my volunteer work in the wildlife park in my hometown, where was a valuable experience for me.
In park, I did the cleaning for the animals and feed them every day. In addition to, I corrected the translation mistakes on the leaflets which give visitors basic informations about the park. I also worked as a guide tell visitors that they should pay attention to when visiting the park.
I am so happy that I did something useful but meaningful for those wonderfully creatures. I hope more and more people will join me to protect it.
