My burning ambition is to set off an English Writing Club to enrich our school life.
Whatever the difficulties I might encounter, I think they are really nothing comparing to my passion. They will devote myself entirely to establish the club. The club will extend a warm welcome to those are interested in English writing. The members will be scheduled to meet every other weeks on Sunday afternoon, during which professional writers were going to be invited occasionally to give talks on English writing.
Though the club is benefit to our English writing, it is not guarantee that we will achieve high scores in the English text.

Learning that the captain of the ship, the Beagle, wanted someone who would like to have the opportunity of visiting distance countries yet little known, a young man answered the call. Obviously, he was not the captain’s first choice. That was why he had left medical school without completing his degree. In addition to, he had recently received a letter from his father predicting he would be a disgrace to himself and all his family. Despite all this, his adventures on this ship will lead to one of the most important scientific discoveries of all time.
The young man in question was Charles Darwin,a geologist and naturalist, fascinating by rocks, plants and animals. He had his room on the ship crowded with samples of the plants and animals he had collected. Studying these, he wondered what different species came to exist.
After noticing some species of animals were similar to each other, he came up an idea that maybe animals evolved as they adapted to their changing environments.
It was such new an idea that nobody believed him. But they refused to believe that living things, including humans, had evolved from lower form of life.
My friend Tony and I always walks home together after school. Last Monday, however, something happened in our way back.
We are walking that day when we heard the loud cry behind us. Looking around, we were surprising to see a woman lying on the ground. It seemed that she was injured bad. We hurried to her, but a man came over to stop us from helping the woman. Some girls walking by even laughed us. We got very angry with the people who were cold to the women. Then the man asked us to turn around and we saw a man carrying a video camera on her shoulder. They were just making for a film!

I had a great time during my last camping trip. Actual, I didn’t plan to go but some friends ring me at the last minute and invited me. A place was very beautiful, but the beach below was really lovely. We watched the sun went down over the horizon every night. Mary was brought her guitar, and she played very beautifully. It was pleasant to listen her. Unfortunately, John had never gone camping, and he was allergic to tree and flowers. We had to take her to the doctor on the third day and we were really worrying, but he was OK. I’ll never forget the trip.

It was a Sunday and the heavy storm lasted all night. The morning before the storm, though, was beautiful: blue skies, warm air and a calm, inviting sea touching the shore gently.
My father realized it was a good day for fishing and invites my sister and me to go with him. I was only 14 and fishing had never been my thing, and I decided to go all the same. I'm so glad I did.
On the road to the harbor we could see the terribly destruction on the coast, but the harbor itself was in fairly good shape. After all, it protected by the arms of a bay that had only one tiny channel to the sea. As we got on the board, we noticed two big humps(脊背)in the distance.
On approached them, we saw it was a mother whale with his baby. We couldn't believe it—there aren't any whales along the coast here. The storm must have driven them across the ocean into the bay, in that the still water was such badly polluted that nothing could survive.

As is known to us all, shoes played an important role in our life, for it can protect our feet from being hurt. However, as a boy who has athlete's foot, I am looking forward inventing a pair of shoes helping my feet keep dry and me walk conveniently. Therefore, this new kind of shoes has come into being recently.
To keep the feet dry and comfortable, this new kind of shoes are equipped with a micro-fan. When you walk, the small machine changes the energy produced by walking into electric energy and stores it. If you stop walking, the micro-fan can work immediately to dry my feet. However, what amazes you most is that the following new function. There is a specially red button in each of the shoes. If the road you are walking is flat, you can press the red button, which helps your shoes change into a roller skate with two roller appearing beneath your shoes, and you can reach your destination quickly. On arrive at your destination, press the red button again and the rollers will return to your shoes, so you can walk normal like others.

I caught the flu as a result the recent continuous rain. Ignoring my family’s advices, I still went to school, hoped that the flu would disappear itself. However, I seemed to go from bad to worst. I had a runny nose all the time. Everybody wanted to come near me. The school doctor told me to rest more and gave me some medicine. A nurse give me an injection; it was really hurt! I took the medicine regularly and gradual I felt better. I have learned a good lesson from an experience: The flu is not a big deal, although if we don’t take good care of ourselves, we may take a turn for the worse.
One of the big reasons why people drop an exercise program are lack of interest. If that you’re doing isn’t fun, it’s hard to keep it up. When pick the right type of exercise, consider our workout personality. For an example, do you like to work out alone? If so, solo sports like running or biking could be for you. Or do you like the sharing motivation and companionship that comes for being part of a team? Then school sports and club teams are great ways to stay actively with others.
Do remember the great thing is that it’s never too late start.
