Although it was autumn, it was snowing in Tibet. It was such cold that our legs felt like blocks of ice. On the afternoon, we found that our water bottles froze because cold weather. But we still enjoyed us during the journey. At one point, we were surprising to find ourselves cycling through clouds. In the valleys colorful butterflies fly around us. It was a great fun to cycle down the hills as it gradual became much warmer. But we had to change our warm coats for T–shirt and shorts.

As we all know, everyone have a dream. I have dreamed of being a doctor since I entered into the primary school. Nowadays with modern life go rapidly, many people suffer from different kind of disease, both mentally and physically. As a result, doctors are in greet need at home and abroad. My dream is to become successful doctor, helping to save people’s lives. Although to be a good doctor was very difficult, I will do whatever I can to keep everyone health. To make dream come true, I have told me over and over again that I will concentrate to studies, after all, only by working hardly can one succeed.

As the saying goes, “Friendship is like sunshine keeps us warm and helps us grow.” I think it is important for us to making good friends so that we can always have a fun. I like to choose people who are kind, honesty and helpful as my friends. I like to share my thoughts and fears about them whenever I get into trouble.
Now I have some good friends who trusts me. I always care about what had happened to them, because I call them once a week. I always go out with my friends, chatting and play. I try to offer some advices to my friends when necessary. In this way I am able to keep friendship.

Digital life has brought great changes to us. With a smart phone in hand, I can do almost nothing. Just name a few on the list—learning online, getting medical service on the Internet and shop with a click. I can even travel across China without taking cashes!
As a young student, I surely enjoyed living in such a digital world. It gives me an easy access to abundant resources, news and learning materials alike. If only I wish, it offer the chance to better myself, physically or mentally. Therefore, the digital life also has their downsides. Many elderly Chinese feel leave behind. So I often try to help those need.

The day before yesterday, I went to the bookstore where is near our school to buy the reference book. It was Saturday, so there were many people. Under the help of the shop assistant, I quickly got the book I needed to. I was about to leave when I found someone try to steal a man’s money. Although I was nervous, I tried to think of a way to help him. Suddenly, a good idea occurred me. I stepped on the man’s foot on purposes. As expected, the man’s scream gives the thief a fright, who quickly walked out of the shop. After hear my explanation, the man smiled and showed great gratitude for me.

Last Friday, in order finish her comments on our monthly test, our English teacher doesn’t stop her class until it was completely dark outside. I was eagerly to go home as my parents were worry about me. On hearing “Class is over!”, I picked up her bag and ran all the way to the bus stop. I took the deep breath when finally catching the bus what people stood very close. Suddenly I found the landscape outside was so strange with. I then realized I’d got off the wrong bus. Helping others are a great pleasure. I still remember that person who once helped myself.
One morning, my mother got ill and I quickly ride my bike to buy some medicine for her. I was on such a hurry that my bike hit a tree and I fell onto the ground. Just then, a man saw that was happening when drive past. He stopped take me to the nearest hospital. Luckily, the doctor said I wasn’t bad hurt. Then the man took me to a drugstore and helped me buy some medicine. Finally, he drove me home. How kind he was!
Since then, I have started to help others in the need. I think a little help can make a big different to others.

Last week, an art exhibition held in our school library. I was fascinated by Chinese paintings, which also attract many foreign students. We noticed a vivid painting of a horse what seemed to gallop off the paper! Surprising, it was painted by a eighth grader. All the works were created by the students, who put our spare time into studying art despite of great academic pressure. The art exhibition brought us a lot of fun but helped us better understanding Chinese culture. How an amazing exhibition!
