On a sunny morning, Tom’s mom drove him to a farm to let him experience of country life. Tom had never visited a farm before, so he was filled with excitements when finally seeing one. It was a beauty farm, where Tom and his mom were welcoming by a friendly farmer. Tom first visited the farmland but learned about the crops grown there. Then he picked apples with his mom happy. Later, following the guidance, Tom feed some sheep and learned how to riding a horse. On that day, Tom quite enjoyed him. He wished for another visit to the farm in near future.

As we all know, everyone have a dream. I have dreamed of being a doctor since I entered into the primary school. Nowadays with modern life go rapidly, many people suffer from different kind of disease, both mentally and physically. As a result, doctors are in greet need at home and abroad. My dream is to become successful doctor, helping to save people’s lives. Although to be a good doctor was very difficult, I will do whatever I can to keep everyone health. To make dream come true, I have told me over and over again that I will concentrate to studies, after all, only by working hardly can one succeed.
I enjoy learning English but can remember individual words easy. However, when it comes to reading comprehension, it’s really the challenge. Last weekend, I tried to read a storybook write in English to improve my reading. At first, I refer to the dictionary every time I came across a new word, which I found it not very helpful. I often felt puzzling about what I had read. Then I tried to finish a chapter completely with looking up the new words. What surprised me was I could understand the story merely from the context. I hope I will make great progresses in English in this way.

It is Mother’s Day today. Though it’s a western festival, it’s popular in China now.
Mom has a full-time job, so she has to do most of the houseworks. She is a great mother. Both Dad or I planned to do something on Mother’s Day. We get up early in the morning. Dad cleaned the house, and then went on shopping. When he came back, I found a bunch of flowers in her hand. I asked Mom to stay in the sitting room and I cooked in kitchen. The dishes what I cooked were Mom’s favoritest. At dinner, we said to her, “Happy Mother’s Day!” Mom was grateful and moving.
