I have a pleasant day last month. In the morning, I got up late and then began to do my homework. It took me two hour to finish it. Next, I had a fun playing computer games. While his mother was cooking lunch, I cleaned the house and washing my clothes. At the afternoon, I played tennis happily with my friends. Before I went bed, I listened to music, that made me relaxing. I enjoyed myself, but I really felt proud.

It is the end of the year. Most housewife are busy with New Year shopping. One day, at the entrance of a supermarket, my mother and I notice an old man in worn clothes. He kept greet people with “Happy New Year”. On such cold winter afternoon, some people chose to ignore about him and walked away. Therefore, that didn’t let him down. He still did it active. My mother took a sadly look at him. After shopping, I found my mother carrying a new coat in his hand. She gave the coat to the man smilingly and said “Happy New Year”, what brought tears to his eyes.

Last Saturday, my parents and I paid visit to my grandparents by train. Though there was a large number of people in the crowded train, everyone help those who had lots of baggage and behaved politely. Along the way, we enjoyed beautifully views. At first, we saw one hill after another. Then what came into our eye were fields with green crops. Before a six-hour trip, we arrived at my grandparents’ house. Exhausted as I felt, but I was happy to see my grandparents, which I hadn’t seen for a long time. It’s really an excited trip because it was the first time I had taken so a long-distance train.

I go online as often as I can. First of the all, I can shop on the Internet without leave my room. When I shop on the Internet, it take me only about half an hour to find the things I want. Second, I can send photos to people anywhere in the world for less than five minute just at home. The most important reason for me go online is to keep in touch with my friends but the people who are important to me. Going online had become a part of your life. For me, it’s a bridge what connects me to any place I like.

Last Sunday, I visit the City Zoo with my sister. It took us half a hour to get there by bus. First we went to see the tigers. They was very strong. Then we arrived at the Elephant Yard. We were lucky because of we had a chance to touch the elephants. When we got close to them, we were frightening. However, the elephants were friendly to we. Soon our fear disappeared. After lunch, we went the Panda House. We saw two panda there. They were playing happy. We spent four hours in the zoo. We were tired and we had a good time.

Last night, as I had nothing to do, I searched on Internet and saw a good movie which moved me deep. It is about a female principal(校长)whom works at a famous primary school at first. She quits of her job in the school so she can do nothing to help the students improve. The school asks her to do what the parent tell her to do. The principal happens to seeing the news that a country kindergarten needs a principal. She decided to accept the job. The kindergarten becomes good and better under her guidance. She shows that the key to education is to care about students and love us.

Last night, I go to the People’s Park of Baise with my brother, a boy of nine year old. Because it was the first time that he has come to Baise, so everything could interest him. He took many photos, saying they would be showing to his friends, most of who had never visited Baise. Then a foreigner in the fifties caught our attention. To my greatly surprise, before I could react, my brother went up. With fluent English, he asked if she needed any help. Knowing her passport(护照)missing, we immediately helped her get in touch with the police. What a kind boy!

Aimed at raise money for the poor, our school held an activity about a charity sale on last Wednesday afternoon. To begin with, teachers and students required to donate an useful thing to the activity. Afterwards, anything was marked with a price and displayed in the school gym. Then, the hosts invite people who lived around school to take part in the activity, but they could buy whatever they liked there. The money would be given to the children in some poor area. Finally, the charity sale turned out successfully. Tired as we were, we felt them interesting and meaningful. Everyone hoped the activity would be held again in the future.

As we all know, old people who families live far away feel lonely. Therefore, they eager for company. Last summer vacation, I volunteered to work in an nursing home. Every day, I stayed there for several hour, talking with the elderly. I told them what had happened to me in my life but listened to them talk about their pasts. Besides, I also taught him new technologies, such as Wechat and computers. Seen the smile on their faces, I realized how importantly it is to keep the elderly company. Although I did very little, it means a lot to them. Next time, if I have a chance, I will go to there again.
