I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamed that I took part in a race. At first, I could not run very fast and fall behind. So I didn’t lose heart and kept running. All the students on the playground cheer me on, “Come on!” I was so encouraged that I ran faster and fast till I caught up all the other runners. I felt as if flying like a superman. In the end, I got to the finishing line at first. I won the race. I felt very proudly of myself. Many of my classmate threw me up into the air. Just at that time I woke up and found me still in bed!

Dear friends,
It is real a good chance to have met all of you here. We have spent several precious weekend in learning in the English Club. Now I’d like to tell you something which is about my hometown. I live in Brighton. It is in the south of England. Of course, it isn’t as interested as London. But there is little pollution and the air is quite clean. Every year many travelers visit here.
There are about 300 shops and it will take you about three days to go around all of it. If you go to a small hotel, you will find the local beer has a specially taste. There are a few factory in Brighton, but not much. So it isn’t very easy to find a job here. My father used to work in a steel plant. A plant shut down a year ago and my father was lost his job. Seeing there are so many travelers, my father has decided to opening a small gift shop. But he is short money now.

One day, I was studying at home while I heard a loud noise. I went out to see what had happened. What I saw made me scaring. A building was on the fire. Some people were using water put out the fire. A few people jumped out of the window. Besides, those which were still on the second floor were crying for help. The people outside don’t know how to help them. Firefighters arrived at last and we fought the fire bravely. Then the people inside was taken out. They were serious injured and were taken to the hospital at once.
Thanks to the firefighters, the people were saved and the fire was put out at the end.

The well-known Chinese opera, Hua Mulan, was putting on in the Grand Theatre last Saturday afternoon. It is based in a story about a young girl are named Hua Mulan. She replaced（代替）her father to join the army in disguise（乔装）as a gentleman and saved her country from the enemy. It was well worth watch. I invited my friend Mary, an exchange student in our school, to seeing it with me. I knew she was very interested in Beijing Opera. It had a long history and is traditional form of culture of our country.
After the wonderful perform, we had some locally snacks. We enjoyed us very much that day.

Last weekend, my sister and I climbed a mountain. We took a bus and arrived at there at 8 am. In the beginning, we were excited, enjoyed the beautiful scenery, talking and joking. But after a while, we felt tiring, so we sat on the stairs but had a rest. The soft wind sweep my face, and I felt all my tiredness disappeared. I like travelling and my dream of visit Beijing, the capital city of our country, come true during National Day this year. In October 1st, I went to Tian’anmen Square with my parents, which we watched the flag-raising ceremony. As I watched flag rising slowly, I sang the national anthem, feeling extremely exciting. Then we went to some other famous tourist attraction, like the Great Wall. Standing on the Great Wall, I felt very proudly. I thought of the old saying that “One who fail to reach the Great Wall is not a hero.” Although I was tired, but I really had a good time.
