Maria, a 91-year-old woman, has an unbelievable experience last week. A group of thief broke into her house but took nothing away with themselves. Maria remembered that the windows were broken and all her boxes were opened, and nothing was missing. Instead, she found a handwritten note that was said that “This is to help you get by.” Besides a note there was some money. It seemed that the thieves realized how poor Maria lived and decided not to take something - but to help. One policeman who has been working for 40 years was surprising by this event too. Later Maria framed the note receiving from her friendly thieves and used the money buy sweets for her great grandchildren.
Li Mei went to the cinema on last Sunday. On the way there, he saw two boys climb up the back of a truck, so he hurried to ask him to come down from the truck. The two boys came down and Li Wei told them that it was dangerous climb up the truck like that. The two boys said that they have done something wrong but their faces went red.
Yet, after a while Li Wei was very surprising to see the children were running after a tricycle with many thing on it. Soon they caught up with the tricycle and pushed it hardly. Li Wei ran to join them in helping a driver.
On September 5, the students in our class paid a visit to the China Science and Technology Museum.At 8：00, we left the China Science and Technology Museum by the school bus.At 8：30, a guide introduced it to us brief and told us that we should pay attention to during our visit.Ten minutes late, we were divided into five groups and begin our visits separately.Some student took notes carefully as they visited.All the students were amazing at the great achievements in science and technology.Three hours had gone by after we knew it.At 11：30, we returned to our school.This visit not only broadened my horizons but also aroused my interest in study science and technology.
Last week, I visited the Beach Park with two of my friend, Tom and Jack. I learned a lot about starfish, which name comes from their shape. As a matter of the fact, they're not fish, though they started their lives in water pools by the seashore. They can take care themselves even when they are young. Young starfish know what to eat. Some starfish can later live deeply in the sea, though they can't swim. They move by use their legs and feet. The starfish has no head and tail, and just has five legs. If a leg fall off, it will grow right back. The amazed starfish has now become my favorite animal.
Two weeks before my wife's birthday, I telephone some of her friends from university and requested that they send the video, wishing her a "Happy Birthday". I asked them to tell the pleasant memories they had during his university days. I received seven videos from the friends she had not been in touch for eight years! Many of them described fun memory from university and talked about that how much they missed those times. Before I showed the videos to my wife on her birthday, she could not stop smile. She was very happy but I saw tears of happiness in her eyes. A simple action made her birthday specially by connecting her to old friends.
On a cold winter afternoon, I bought some vegetable and fruit at a shop. The man in front of me was paying the bill and found that he didn’t have enough money. The cashier asked him return some of the selected items. The man tried to persuade the cashier that he would pay the bill late. But the cashier couldn’t help with him. It seemed that he had to give up that he wanted. I took out 20 yuan. He hesitated to take them away from a stranger. I gave him a sweetly smile and said, “Come on. This is how it’s spread around the world.” He accepted my offer and give me another smile. Out of a shop, the weather was very cold, and my heart was warm.

I always dreamed traveling on my own. But my parents worried about me all the time. They thought I might have trouble solve the problems I met. In order to comfort him ,I decided to travel with a friend and they agreed. It take me just two minutes to book two train ticket from my hometown to Nanjing, paying with Alipay. I also downloaded an app which was using to help me find the hotel easy. We spent several days in Nanjing and visited the number of old museums, that contained many beautiful paintings. Although this was the first time that I had left home, but I really had a good time.
It was on Sunday so I didn’t have to go to school as usual. My parents went to the countryside to see my grandparents, left me alone. After finishing my homeworks, I began to play football at home. All of sudden, I kicked the ball so hardly that it flew right onto a vase and broke it. It was a great favorite of my mother’s. I decided to tell my parents it was the fault of the cat for fear that she might punish me. Therefore, when they got home, I hesitated for a moment and told them that truly happened. Instead of punishing me, they just hope that I would never make so a foolish mistake again.
Last Friday, our class was invited a well-known artist to teach us what to draw flowers in Chinese painting.
As soon as an artist came into the classroom, he was given a warmly welcome. All of us wore big smiles. First, he shows us some skills of drawing a flower. We watched him carefully but each of us tried doing it by ourselves. Finally, because of my excellent performance, I was awarded “Outstanding Young Artist”. Look at the award, I felt very excited.
Through this experience, we are both amazed at Chinese painting and proud being Chinese. We hope we can have more activity of this kind in the future!
I finished my junior middle school in boarding school. At first, I felt very lonely because I hardly know anybody. I couldn’t get on well with my classmates and just looked forward to go back home to meet my parents. I even couldn’t concentrate on my subjects. As time went by, besides, I gradually got used to the school life. I made many new friends or often took part in activities, in that I improved my communicating skills. As I had a lot of interested things to do, I finally enjoyed with my school life. Now, whenever I think of my first boarding school experience, I think of them as being instructive and unforgettably.
