1 . Walking with a purpose
Humans were made for walking. With our strong leg muscles, our bodies were literally designed with walking in mind — which is what makes it such perfect exercise.
This month, why not focus on walking with a purpose? Wherever you are, in the city or at the campground, you’ll find plenty of walking going on. Maybe you already love to walk, but you’re getting tired of going your same old route day after day. Or maybe you’re new to walking and aren’t sure how to get started.
If making trends and socializing is your goal, call up your friends and schedule walks with them.

2 . Basketball is a team sport played in a court with two netted rings attached to 10-foot poles on either end of the court.
The ball must be continually dribbled (运球) as players try to move it toward the extreme ends of the court where the netted rings wait.
Making illegal body contact is a foul (犯规). If a team commits consecutive (连贯的) fouls, their opponents are awarded a free throw.

4 . I’m sure we all know that exercise is great for our health.But sometimes finding that motivation(动力) to work out can be a little difficult.So, in this post, I’m going to share my top four reasons for working out.
Whenever I move to a new city to study or work, I look for exercise classes to do.You meet likeminded people, and you can support each other during a difficult workout.

Cold-water swimming—sometimes called wild swimming—involves swimming in natural areas including ponds, rivers and the sea. Jumping in gives a short sharp shock to the body,
But what is it that people are gaining from this chilly experience? Doctors say getting into cold water arouses a stress response, but the more you do it, your reaction to stress is reduced. It’s also thought to have a strong anti-inflammatory effect. But there are bigger benefits to this stress-reducing exercise. Some experts believe cold-water swimming helps ‘cross-adaptation’, where one form of stress prepares the body for another.

6 . Most people think Chinese martial arts (武术) are all about kicking, punching and fighting.
Tai chi dates back to the mid 17th century in Wenxian county in Henan province. UNESCO recently added it to its intangible Cultural Heritage List. Although tai chi is an ancient martial art, it is still quite popular today.
People do tai chi as a way to stay fit. Unlike other exercises, it is “soft” - the muscles are not tensed, the joints are not fully bent, and you don’t need to stretch (伸展) your body too much.
But tai chi’s benefits go beyond the physical.

This is especially helpful for someone to increase the effectiveness of walking as a form of exercise. In this type of situation,a person might choose walking music that allows him or her to disappear into the music and not focus on the act of walking.
Someone else,however,might choose walking music that motivates him or her to push himself or herself harder and walk faster or for greater distances.

9 . How to Show Good Sportsmanship
Sportsmanship is behaviour and attitudes that show respect for the rules of a game and for the other players. But how to show good sportsmanship in detail?
Method 1: Interacting with Opponents
Don’t trash talk. When your competitive juices start flowing, it may be tempting to call members of the other team names or make fun of them. But you can’t win a game by running your mouth, and it only makes you look desperate.
Respect the other team’s effort.
Method 2:
Be a team player. Even if you’re the best athlete on the field, you can’t win a game without your teammates. Everyone should share in team responsibilities, and do their part to ensure that the team is successful.
Support your teammates. Being a good sport means that you’re just as happy with their success as your own.
Listen to your coach. He or she is looking out for the good of the team, and sometimes, that means your role may be changed. Showing good sportsmanship means placing the team’s needs above your own, so you should trust the coach’s judgement.
