As student, we have classes from early morning till late afternoon. However, to take a ten-minute break between classes is of great important. Otherwise, we may feel tiring both physically and mentally. During the ten-minute break we should do something to get rid of tiredness and should not do anything which will make us be too excited. What we need to do is a real rest instead of get too excited. I usually did some simple exercise during my ten-minute break. Sometimes I have a free chat with my classmates or just take a short walk.
