I'm a booklover but like sharing my love for books! So I've been bought books constantly. Finishing reading one book,I placed it in my school so that some of my schoolmate can enjoy themselves when reading it. I especial like placing it on a stone table in the little garden that students might have time to take a rest. I was delighted when I saw the card left on the table to say thanks the other day. And from the card,I knew my book turned out of to be a birthday gift for a strange girl. It was so lovely find out that my book could bring anyone pleasure!

Jim is one of my close friend. Two months ago, his mother buy a computer for him as a birthday present. She hoped Jim will study hard under the help of the computer. To his surprise, Jim just wasted plenty of time play computer games every day. Now she regrets buying the computer. As matter of fact, a computer can do a lot of everyday jobs for us. It is wide used in factories, hospitals, banks and so on. Many computer scientists are now trying to make the computer to “think” like a man. In my opinion, the key is what we should use it wisely.

We live in the countryside. Most of which we see is the beauty of nature. One of the exceptions to the beauty is the litter some people throw out their windows as they are driving on the roads. One of the few drawbacks to living in the countryside is that public service, such as litter collection, are little available than they are closer to the city.
A helping habit that my family practise regularly are picking up litter in our surrounding area. We have become so accustomed to do this that my little brother will often say, “There’s some litter. Daddy, stop the car!” and we would often pull over and pick it up. It may seem strange, and we actually enjoy it. We pick up litter in parks, on sidewalks, practically anywhere. Once I even saw a complete stranger picking up litter close to where we live in. He smiled at me and said, “I saw you doing it, and it seemed like the good idea.”

My 4-year-old son Sandy happened find a toy panda. He held onto it all day but took it to bed with him at night. Later, I run across a community post from a mum urgent looking for a lost panda—her son’s favorite. I messaged that we had one that evening. She was so relieving! In the morning, I had to break the news to Sandy which another little boy was missing his favorite toy. Tear streaming down his face, he gave me the panda. When I was young, I dreamed for being a painter. But my mother always hoped I could be a doctor. I guess she wanted me to followed in my father's footsteps. My father, however, expected me to become photographer. But I become a teacher at 25. Life is usual unpredictable. Sometimes you may not be achieve the dream you once had in your childhood. Therefore, it doesn't mean you'll have to give up your dream. You can always leave your dream in your heart and keep them as a lifetime hobby. As for me, I'm still interesting in painting, that helps me relax in my spare time.

When I was a baby, my mother used to reading me nursery rhymes. I loved the rhymes creating skillfully at the end of the lines. When I grow older, I was introduced to many other forms of poems. That I liked best came from Asian because they conveyed meanings with the minimum of words. When I ran out of new poems, I would go to the library for less. The librarian was one of my mother friends, and she would recommend poetry books me. In fact, my family love reading so very much that we keep buying books, but our living room is full of books.

I bought a book about motivation the few weeks ago. My mother asked me that I would like to share it with others when she finished reading the book. Of course, I was willingly to give it to those who wanted it. It occurs to me that I should send it to my friend, Pam. She supported me through my learning journey but I valued her friendship greatly. Fortunately, she was being admitted into a key university last year. I told her pass it on to someone else if it wasn’t fit to her. I hoped that it would be reading instead of sitting on my bookshelf.

Beside requiring less time, the movie version usually gives you most of the important plots and character informations. It may also helps you decide if the book is worth reading it. Reading the original books is completely different. With far more character and plot details, it allows you appreciate the beauty of the language in the book.
