A good book can teach you things beyond(超出) your class. It can open your eyes and clear your minds. If you want to develop a good reading habit(培养习惯), there are many ways.

Plan your time

You should give yourself at least thirty minutes for reading every day. When time is set, nothing can change it. For example, make it a habit to read after breakfast or lunch.

Always carry a book

Wherever you go, take a book with you. When you leave the house, make sure that you always carry a good book as well as your school things. Remember that a book always stays with you.

Find a quiet place

Find a place in your home where you can sit in a comfortable chair. When you read a book, no one will trouble you. There should be no televisions, computers, music or even noisy family members around you.

Have a library card

Have a library card, and you can read many good books in the library. Make it a weekly trip to the library. You can save a lot of money.

Nail biting can begin at an early age. According to the BBC, up to 45 percent of teenagers bite their nails.

There is not an exact answer to explain why people bite their nails. But most commonly, nail biting is said to be a nervous habit. It is done because of stress, boredom or excitement.

It seems food deliverymen (送货员) are always in a hurry. They wear blue, red or yellow helmets (头盔) and many of them don’t follow traffic rules. They drive on the wrong side of the road and run red lights. They use mobile phones while driving.

These rude behaviors have caught the public’s attention.

In the first half of 2017, food deliverymen had 76 traffic accidents in Shanghai according to Shanghai Public Security Bureau. That means every two and a half days, a food deliveryman will die or get hurt on the road.

What makes deliverymen take such risks? The strict rules of the food delivery service companies and the anxious customers may be the answer.

Many companies will fine a deliveryman up to 2,000 yuan, if he fails to deliver an order on time, reported China Daily. Fines also go to those who get bad reviews from customers.

To solve the problem, food delivery service companies need to improve their praising systems. Some cities are also taking action. Shanghai has asked companies to train their deliverymen on traffic rules and safety. Now in Shenzhen, if a deliveryman gets caught breaking traffic rules more than twice then he will be stopped from driving food service delivery transports for a whole year.
