1 . In Germany, if children want to ride bikes by themselves on the road, they have to pass a test. The test is quite like our driving test.

After the classes, the students will have two written tests. Then they will do some riding practice at school. Some policemen will come to give them some help.

At last, the students will have a test on the road. If they can pass the test, they can get a bike license. Then they can ride on the road.

We all know German people are very careful. We can see this from their riding test for the students. The students learn useful riding skills, and at the same time they learn the spirit (精神) of the country.

10 . Do you want to be healthy? Try to do the following things! You can become stronger.

★Drink eight cups of water every day. Water helps your body in many ways. If you feel thirsty, just have a cup of water.

★Don’t forget to eat your breakfast. Breakfast gives you everything your body needs for the morning, so do not forget your breakfast.

★Get enough calcium (钙). Your bones (骨头) need it. Milk has more calcium. You may also drink orange juice with calcium in it.
