1 . There is great excitement and argument(争论)over Artificial Intelligence(AI, 人工智能). The argument about whether robots will replace teachers in the classroom is very heated. Some people think it is sure to happen in the next ten years. Others think that the value a good teacher brings, not only to the classroom setting. but in developing a child’s confidence and creativity outside lessons, cannot be easily replaced.
AI is not new for us and is already being used successfully in many fields, such as medicine, science and so on. So what does this mean for our future? In my view, AI will help kids to think more freely and creatively. Can AI possibly cut down the teaching work in the future, too? Of course. Our teachers are always busy preparing materials for their lessons, Just imagine how happy they would be if they don’t have to copy hundreds of paper, but instead, have this task or others done by machines.
However, most importantly, I do not believe AI will be able to imitate the human mental condition totally, especially emotional intelligence(情商). What makes learning unforgettable is shared experience, human interaction(互相作用), and long-lasting positive relationships. For example, experienced teachers can comfort a student if he has suffered a serious loss. But it hasn’t been proved that robots can imitate this well.
I also believe we need to continue to celebrate our kids’ personality and their ability not only to make decisions but also make the right decisions. These are skills that they can get as they get more life experience and are given the space to experiment.
To what degree can teachers use AI in their classes? You can have all the data(数据)you like with the help of AI, but great teachers will also need to depend on their own feelings.

2 . Today, it is a big problem for young people to get fine jobs after they leave university. It is said that there are thousands of different kinds of jobs in the world. But choosing the right one itself often worries young people.
“Finding a job” is not the same as “choosing a job”. Many young people end up in jobs that they are not suitable (合适的) for. Here are a few steps to help you think about jobs which you might enjoy doing after school or university.
First, it is important to know what kind of person you are, which special qualities (品质) make you better than others and what you are interested in. There is a difference between an interest and a skill. If you like art and enjoy looking at pictures, that is an interest. But if you can draw a horse that looks like a horse not a big dog, that is a skill.
Then ask yourself a question, “Of the following three skills-skill with people, skill with information and skill with things, which is my best skill?”
After finding out your best skill, the next step is to research (调查). To find out as many different kinds of jobs as possible, go to the library and read books, magazines and newspapers for information. Ask your friends what they think of the work they do.
The last step is to trust your own ideas and your own thinking! It is your own life, just find the job you really enjoy doing.

Then he asked the wise man's feelings. UI feel small and powerless, " the wise man answered. "If a person knows there is always the sky over his head, he can understand where he stands. "
The young man disagreed with the wise man. At last, he left angrily and still believed that he was the best.

②First, a community park should open for everyone. But not everyone likes golf, so not everyone will get to use the court.
③Second, to build the golf course, lots of playground equipment will have to be moved or knocked down, which is a waste (浪费)of time and money. It’s also a waste of good equipment.
④Third, what about giving young people something to do? Not all kids are fond of golf. At the moment, the park has a skating place and a playground, which children like a lot. If you turn the park into a golf course, these kids won't have anywhere to go and anything to do. This means that they will stay at home and turn on a video game instead of getting some exercise. It also means that they might be out on the street causing trouble. Wouldn't it be better to give them something to do at the park?

9 . If you cannot live without your car, Zurich might be the last city you would like to visit. In Zurich, people are welcome, but cars are not! Over the past 20 years, this city has used smart ways to make traffic lighter.
One is to keep the same number of parking spaces. For example, if 50 new parking spaces are built in one part of the city, then 50 old spaces in other parts are taken away for other uses. So the total number doesn't change. Some are unhappy that there are never enough spaces. That is just what the city has in mind: If people find parking more difficult, they will drive less.
Also, the number of cars in the city is counted (数). Over 3,500 little computers are put under Zurich roads to check the number of cars that come into the city. If the number is higher than the city can deal with (处理), the traffic lights on the roads that enter the city will be kept red. So drivers who are traveling into Zurich have to stop and wait until there are fewer cars in the city.
Now, you may ask why Zurich is doing this. This is simply because the city wants to make more spaces for its people.
