There are lots of experience in our life. The most unforgettable one for me is the speech competition holding last year. I'm interested in English. When my English teacher told me that I had chosen to take part in the speech competition, I devoted me to the preparation. I was determined to win the first prize. I was such nervous when I stood on the stage that I forgot everything. Not until I caught a sight of my teacher did I calm down. Finally, I do a good job. When I heard I got the first prize, my heart was filled in joy and tears rolled down. Through this speech competition, I understand that it is confident that makes people successfully.

Extreme sports cover wide range of activities. Some kinds of extreme sports had developed from familiar activities，such as mountain hiking, climbing and drag racing. Some extreme sports may not be well known for. Bouldering, for instance, is a type of rock climbing that no rope is used. It usually take place in an area with large rocks or in climbing centers.
People have never stopped develop new types of extreme activities. These sports are gaining a large audience, especially between young people.

I am David. As a eighteen-year-old student in Senior 3, there have always a new challenge just around the corner! At times they can be quite stressful, which in turn makes me feel very worry. In order to help deal this, I go jogging as often as possibly. Whether I’m at the gym and on the road, my nervous energy push me through mile one. By mile two, the tension has moved from my mind to my leg. By the end of the run, all my stress has been disappeared and I am ready to meet more challenges with confidence the next day!

There is no doubt that the teenagers need to take plenty of physical exercise to keep fit. Therefore, it is a fact that many students don’t have enough time work out after school. How can they master that the teachers teach them in class? Worse still, they were likely to be in poor health in the long run.
In my opinion, it is important for teenagers to take enough exercise so that you can learn more efficiently. So teachers and parents should care less about the students’ physical and mental healthy and growth.

Rope skipping is a sport suitable for people of all age. People skip rope for fun and exercise. Every student can learn to skip. You can skip alone or with my classmates. If you skip alone, you just need short rope about double the length of your high. You can't turn to the rope too fast so that you can skip safe. It might help if you can sing a rhyme while skips. When you skip rope, your heart beats fast than usual and your body is stressed. Therefore, stop for a rest after you injure yourself. So, pick up a rope, finding a silly rhyme and start skipping.

I felt so proudly when my team won the ice hockey competition. It made me feel that I can achieve anything. Only three years ago, I was terrifying of walking or skating on ice. To deal with this, I decided to join in a skating club. My teacher was great and after I knew it, I was able to skate. He then persuaded me try ice hockey. I loved one and was soon practise with my local team almost every evening. We're now training for national competitions and hope to be champion some day. But my final goal is to be a ice hockey teacher.

When talked about sport, I always feel very exciting because I like it so much. I love playing tennis，but it is my favorite sport. One day when I came home after school, I turned on TV and watch a tennis match. At first, I was absolute attracted by the beautiful tennis players. When I watched the match for ten minute, I found it really wonderful. From then on, I started to watch tennis matches. I have learned to play the tennis, and I often invite our friends to play with me. My love for tennis are more than I can express. I am so happy to share the same interest my friends.
