I hate football when I was young. My family would watch it on television for hours and hours while I angry waited for it to end. Then something that happened. I became old enough to starting playing football myself with the other kids in my neighbourhood. They played on the street, in the backyard and even on the tops of building, believe it or not! I love the sound of the ball hitting skin, the sped when running, sun on my face and the scratches for falling down. It has become my favorite thing in the world. Now I watch it not with anger, and with fond memories of the endless days and nights spent play the game.

Different experiences give people different feelings. I once studied in the USA as a exchange student. Upon arrival, I felt everything was interesting. But a few week later, I began to miss my home very much. As my American classmates were general polite, they kept me at a distance. What was bad, I met with some problems in my studies. The worst one was that I couldn't make sense of any jokes telling by the teacher! I was really upset, but I know I couldn't give up! After one struggle term, I finally got used to my new life. I am grateful for that I have had a chance experience difficulties and overcome them.

Inviting by my uncle living in another city,I couldn’t wait to pay visit to his family by train last summer. As I am about to climb up the stairs at the railway station,a lady had caught my attention. Challenges of life are of great importance in our grow. They remind me of my days in senior high school which I joined in the military training after I entered senior high school. It was the first time that I have lived away from my home, so I found it difficult to fit. And the training officer was strict with me. I once thought I couldn't stick to the end. But anyway, I was succeeded. The trials made it much easy for me to adapt to life, but I think the difficulty I came across have now become a precious memory in my life.

There is an old man live next to my door. He lives alone. Occasional his children will come to visit to him. I have been used to carry small bags with me to many of the places I go to them. When seen someone might need a smile I just hand him a bag and say “have a nicer day”. I’m delighted see how it puts a smile on his face. I do it in the doctor’s office, the grocery store and I had even done it in Walmart. I just like to make a true positive difference in how someone’s day is going. There’s the saving that you can’t help the whole world but you can be the world with one person. And that’s which I want to do: make a difference in their days and let them know that people do care!
