It was raining heavy when I got up yesterday. After a quick breakfast, I took a umbrella with me and went to school in a hurry. It was fifteen minutes after school began. I was running quickly when I see an old man walking slowly in the rain. I stopped, wondered whether to help him or not, as I might be late for school. Then I made a decision walk him home. About ten minutes late, we arrived at his house. He thanked for me again and again. I was late when I got to school. Hearing my story, the head teacher, that was giving his lecture, praised me before all the student.

Jack Green was the football coach at an American college. He was appointed to find good players, and they weren’t smart enough to be accepted.
One day, the coach has brought an excellent player to the director of the college and suggested that the student allowed to enter without an examination. “Well,” the director said after thinking for a while, “I’d better ask you a few questions first.” Then the student was called out and asked some easier questions, but he didn’t know any of the answers. At last the director said, “Well, what is thirty-four minus two?” It was quite a long time when the student answered, “Thirty-three.” The director threw up his hands and looked at the coach disappointed, but the coach said, “Oh, please let him in, sir! He was only wrong by two comparing with all the others.”

One of my hobbies are running. I really like running, so first of all it's very cheap. It doesn't cost you some money. You can do it anywhere, as example, on a city street. If you run a lot, maybe three or four time a week, you will definite stay in shape, After you run, it's very important drink some water. You should drink a little the water before you run and may-be you should drink a little as well when you run, especially if you ran for more than 30 minutes. Naturally, stretches are very important. Most people actually stretch before they run and I like to stretch after I run.

We had the class meeting to discuss the Chinese style of crossing roads on last Monday. We both took an active part in it and finally decide on adopting a good plan.
The next day, we were divided into two groups and stepped out of school energetic to do something to prevent the phenomenon. One group used a loudspeaker to raise people’s attentions to this problem. The other group stood by the roadside or used little flags to instruct people to passing the zebra crossing.
Eventually, to our surprise, Beijing Youth Daily reported that we did. It said our deeds were really worthy of praised.

There will be a Chinese zither (古筝) exhibition in the city museum on this weekend. Informed that traditional Chinese instruments appeal to you, I’m writing to invite you visit it.
Twenty Chinese zithers of different ages, among them the oldest one has a history of 2,500 year, will be on show in the museum. It is widely acknowledged that Chinese zithers were called “the piano in China”, enjoy a great popularity. Equally attractive are amazing stories behind it, for example, how they were made by hand and whatever parts they consisted of. There is a good chance that you can appreciate music play on the instrument by famous artists, exposed to a peace atmosphere.
Are you available? If so, I am too willing to accompany you.

Last Saturday morning in the railway station, I casually saw something that touched me deep. Right as I was on my way to the main hall, I saw an old woman putting something next to a slept homeless man. I wanted to see what she had put some moneys there. Instead of, I just find a sandwich. The moment was very touching. The old woman just helped the man in need though his act might not be recognized. This made me realize it's a small thing that could really make big difference. I was luck to see so an act of kindness.
