1 . Anthology Short Story Award
The Anthology Short Story Award (奖) is now open for entries (参赛作品).
Started to encourage creative writing and provide a chance for publication (出版), this short story award is open to short stories unpublished before in the English language by a writer of any nationality, living anywhere in the world. Stories submitted (提交) must be on the subject of “courage” and at most 1, 500 words long. Writers can submit as many entries as they wish.
It is not a requirement, but is advisable to read Anthology magazine first or buy a copy before submitting your work, so that you can see the types of articles we publish. Single copies can be bought through our online shop.
Prizes
The winner will receive €500 in prize money and the chance to see their work published in a future issue (一期) of Anthology. The winner will also receive four free issues of Anthology.
The closing date for submission: 31 August, 2022

3 . In the summer of this year, there come various options for your young artist to learn a new creative art or develop a talent. Here are just 4 of a dozen highly unique programs being offered in Seattle.
Stone Soup Theatre
Stone Soup will hold its Summer Stage day camps outside in two parks: Meridian Playfield in North Seattle and Jefferson Park in South Seattle. Camps run from 9 a.m.to 3 p.m. with early-arrival care and aftercare available. Kids can choose from “Hamilton”, “Pokémon” and lots of other options and act their hearts out.

Summer Orchestra Camp
This week-long overnight orchestra(管弦乐队)camp connects middle school players with professional musicians. Kids will participate in small groups, orchestra and music theory lessons and enjoy traditional camp activities as well.

Gage Academy of Art
Gage Academy’s full-day in-person camps and half-day online camps offer practical art instruction in drawing, painting, sculpting(雕塑)and digital design. The courses encourage students to explore new materials and techniques, learn to solve problems and express themselves.

School of Rock
Join a band this summer! At School of Rock, kids can spend a week learning and making music at fun day camps. No experience is needed for some camps, such as Rookies Camp. Most camps end with a live performance.

Description
Journey to Paris

Visit the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame, hit the shops or simply while away the hours at a roadside coffee shop- the choice is yours! We’ll provide a Paris map and a one-day travel card (zone 1-3) so you can get around by Metro and visit all the top sights with ease.
Free Seine River Cruise(乘船游览)
Take to the water for an hour-long luxury cruise through central Paris. You’ll get a fresh perspective on the city’s most magical monument;an audio (音频的) guide is also provided.
Return Journey
After an exciting day spent discovering Paris, make your own way back to the Eurostar check-in at least 45 minutes before departure. (离开).Your departure time from Gare du Nord station is 8:13 pm, and the arrival time in London is 9:29 pm. A light meal, snacks and drinks will be served at your seat.

Kitty Su
Famous for hosting well-known international electronic music performances, Kitty Su is decked out (被装饰) for dancing and rock music. The sound equipment is of top quality, and the various bars mean that you don’t have to wait long to get a drink. The club’s fashionable decoration adds atmosphere to the party. Not surprisingly, Kitty Su has been frequently named Delhi’s best nightclub since it opened in 2011.

Tamasha

7 . A 2-week volunteering and travel program in India from August 12 to 25 is a truly rewarding and engaging opportunity for all participants.
Program Requirements
Volunteers must be 16 years or older at the time of joining the project. Overseas volunteers must have a passport and speak fluent English. Volunteers need to have an open mind and a flexible attitude for working in a new and different environment. The volunteer should bring energy and enthusiasm to make a difference. Participants must be fit and healthy at the time of joining the program. Volunteers who are under 18 should submit a parental consent form (家长同意书) before joining the program.

Participants who are interested in the program can apply online before June 30. The online interview starts in the first week of July.

While volunteering in Delhi you would be staying at our volunteer home base in South Delhi. The accommodations are neat and clean, equipped with wifi internet, filtered drinking water, air conditioning, satellite television, modern toilets and comfortable beds, providing volunteers a home away from home experience.
During Your Free Time
During the free time volunteers can visit the local markets, visit internet cafes and the different restaurants in Delhi and try out the different Indian cuisines. During weekends volunteers can visit the neighboring states.

This November, the University of Sheffield is launching Ask a Graduate. A brand new volunteering programme aimed at supporting potential new students. We're looking for alumni (校友) like you to support the next generation of Sheffield students.
What is Ask a Graduate?
Ask a Graduate gives students from The People's Republic of China the opportunity to speak to you, ask questions about your Sheffield experience and discover how this has influenced your career.
You'll remember that choosing where to study was a big step. As potential students are currently unable to visit Sheffield in person, it's even more important to connect with them in other ways. By sharing your experiences, you could help inspire talented students to choose Sheffield for their masters.
What do I need to do?
Around 1.5 hours of your time on a day and time that is suitable for you, between 17th May–20th June 2022.
To be available to attend a 1 hour training session on either the 19th, 20th or 27th April.
