Today I was glad to participate in an activity, which theme is Chinese weaving art, making me to have a taste of traditional Chinese culture deeply.
This activity held in my school library where I appreciated numerous art works, ranging from chairs to decoration. In addition, I was lucky enough to get a opportunity to learn what to weave Chinese knotting on the spot. During that time I was very enjoyable that I fell in love with the magical work immediate.
As far as I am concerned, not only do such activity make me further feel the beauty of the weaving art, but also it is beneficial to arise people’s aware of carrying forward traditional Chinese culture.

My family went on a trip to Mount Huang in Anhui, famous for its amazing sceneries, during the Mid-Autumn Festival this year. It takes us about five hours to get here by train. Once we reached the foot of the mountain, we got down to climb it. My parents and I were great impressed by the beautiful views along the way. About three hours late, we finally got to the top. We had lunch there and the food was tasted really delicious. We both enjoyed ourselves on that day but the trip was a truly unforgettable experience. To tell you truth, it is fantastic to be with my family.

Our school has witnessed quite a few change in the past few years. There used to being a playground on the one side of the main road. However, now that you can see is a new classroom building, so the playground is now in the front of the school. On the other side stood a new building—our library. Most of we students like to study in the library partly because its quiet learning environment is beneficial with our study. Another reason is that there is a large number of learning materials in the library that offer us a great deal of information. I think our school becomes beautiful than ever before.

It was raining light when I got up yesterday. After a quick breakfast, I took a umbrella with me and went to school in a hurry. It was fifteen minutes after school began. About ten minutes late, we arrived at his house. He thanked for me again and again. I smiled and said it was nothing. I was late when I got to school. When I was in Grade 8, my family move to another city, so I had to go to a new school. Being in a unfamiliar place, I felt lonely and frightening. Worse still, some subjects were so difficult to learn from that I had no idea how to adapt to the new environment. My teachers noticed my problems but often encouraged me. With their help, I made some progresses in my lessons. However, it wasn’t easy make friends. My classmates had already known each other. I found it hardly to fit in. Yesterday，another student and I go to the airport to meet this year's international students.The first person arrive was Tony Garcia from Colombia, close followed by Julia Smith from Britain. When they were introduced to each other, Tony approached Julia Smith, touched her shoulder or kissed her on the cheek. She stepped back appearing surprised and put up hands, as if in defend. There was a misunderstanding.
Not all cultures greet each other the same way. People not only communicate with speaking language but also express his feelings using nonverbal language. In Britain, people may keep a certain distance. In Japan, they may bow where they meet. In the most countries today, people may shake hand with each other.

I always dreamed traveling on my own. But my parents worried about me all the time. They thought I might have trouble solve the problems I met. In order to comfort him ,I decided to travel with a friend and they agreed. It take me just two minutes to book two train ticket from my hometown to Nanjing, paying with Alipay. I also downloaded an app which was using to help me find the hotel easy. We spent several days in Nanjing and visited the number of old museums, that contained many beautiful paintings. Although this was the first time that I had left home, but I really had a good time.
