After school, I was about to enter into my apartment then I saw a little dirty dog lying beside the dustbin. He looked extremely weak. Immediate the homeless dog filled me with sympathy. So I decided to take him home. I gave him some food and bath. After the bath he looked energy and refreshed. What a lovely dog!
When my parents got home, I asked that I could keep the dog. To my surprised and joy, they agreed. Up to now, he has become a member of our family and everyone had enjoyed his company. Looked at the cute and happy dog today, I realize that I was right to help him. We offered him a shelter and he has brought ourselves great happiness and laughter.

My schedule is tight than ever because I'm in a final year of high school. However, I still manage to do what I can help my parents with the housework. I've gotten into the habit of washing dishes after dinner when I turned ninth. I also do thing like washing and folding clothes. I even begin to cook for my family last month.
I find that doing housework with my parents is extreme fun and rewarding. We can chat with and sometimes even sing together! Doing housework with them also let me learn to take responsibility at home and, in the long term, in society.

After supper, Li Hua came and asked me go and see the film with him. In our way to the cinema we saw a little girl sitting by the roadside cry. We bring her a cake to stop her crying. Last Saturday, I went to Caishi Park to join in for a public service activity with my classmates. It’s a famous park in Ma’anshan. Therefore, some of its visitor leave garbage behind.
After get our tools, we were dividing into different teams. We carefully looked for garbage along the road. We spent about two hours filling many bags with garbage in a park. Then we sort the garbage and put it into different bags.
Both of us were a bit tired, but we felt happily to clean up the park. The greatest pleasure is we have made it more beautiful.

Last Friday, our class organized a visit to the city museum. We got to there by bus. First, we listened to the brief introduction to the museum. Then, we set out to exploring the museum in small groups. Which caught our attention first was some skillful carved bronze ware dating from the Shang Dynasty. Afterwards, we looked at some cultural relics relate to Shanxi merchants and local custom. To be honest, I felt amazing at the wide range of exhibits on display.
I benefited a lot from this experience. Not only it widen my horizons and it made me take pride in the history of my hometown.

A charity sale was successfully held on our school playground. In order to organize successfully, we had made the full preparations. When the day finally came, the playground were crowded with people, interested in the things on sale. The notebook copy from excellent students were the most popular. Not only students but also teachers come to offer us support. Some helped selling goods, and others even sang songs to promote the sale! By the end of the activity, to everyone's surprise, we had raised 5000 yuan in total! All the money collected will go to the students on need to help with their studies. It's such a rewarding activity which students all look forward to the next charity sale.
