Today I'd like to tell you something that I experience in the City Park. In the afternoon of last Sunday, my friend and I were taking a walk along a river in the City Park, when suddenly we heard a boy call for help in the river. We jumped into the river or pulled the boy out. Then we made him to breathe using the mouth-to-mouth way. Before the boy came to himself, we sent her to hospital at once and telephoned his parents. The boy was saved. His parents were very thankful us and the doctors thought high of our first aid. We realized that knowing first aid is very help and important because it can help you to save lives.

Katie Steller, a hairdresser, is one of my neighbor. She drives to the city to give free haircuts to the homeless for every two weeks. I have been playing table tennis since I graduate from junior high school two and a half years before. It started when my father went the stadium to play with some of his friend. In those days, my father used to taking me with him, hoping that I would take part in the sport and keep health. I knew playing table tennis were popular, so I started to play it. We practised together every Sunday morning. Little by little, his skills improved. Though a bit tired, I found myself quite enjoying it, but I carried on. The forest of my hometown is beautiful no matter how the season is. I was driving this morning while I saw a deer live in the woods appear in the middle of the road. I came to the full stop, and we stared each other. He seemed clever. He had been in this world for some month and I didn’t want to end in his life. Finally, I waved my hand for him to go on. Having seen anything to fear, he jumped across the road. I drive on smiling at the magic of this moment and was thankful that I had been going slow not to hit this beautiful creature.

One day, when I lived in Germany, I decided to go shopping and I drive into downtown. I was very pleased because I found out a parking space immediately. It was rather unusual. I did my shopping, that only took half an hour and I went back to my car. To my absolutely horror, it was no longer on the ground but it was in air. I really did not know what to do at that point but I went to the police station. The policeman were very kind to me. They told me I parked into the entrance to a car park and as a result, everybody could get out of the car park. Then I wanted to laugh and cried at the same time. It made me embarrassing.

In the Dragon Boat Festival (龙舟节) this year, I invited Mr Smith, my foreign teacher, to my home to spent the festival together. My mother cooked delicious food for us. He even showed Mr Smith what to make zongzi. After dinner, I led him the river to see the dragon boat race. The banks of the river were full of people but a total of 12 dragon boat teams took part. As the game began, so the team members paddled (划桨) quickly. The race was excited.
I explained that the race is in memory of the famous poet Qu Yuan, that threw himself into the river and killing himself. People then paddled hardly in the hope of saving him.

My classmate Liu Ming succeeded in rescue a child from a burning house last Wednesday's morning. He was about to go to school while he heard a child crying. Looking around, he noticed a house burning fierce. Realizing a big fire had been broken out and a child was in danger, he called the police immediately. But he rushed into the burning house - searching for the crying child. The moment Liu Ming rushed out for the burning house with the trapped child, the house falls down. Liu Ming has set good example for us and we should learn from her heroic deeds.

Helen Keller was one of the greatest woman in the 20th century. She was born in 1880 and dies in 1968. When she was 19 months old, she became blind and deaf because a serious illness. From then on she lived in darkness and silent.
When she was seven, her parents found out a teacher, Miss Sullivan, for her. Although Miss Sullivan had trouble teach her, they overcame all the difficulties which they met. With Helen's strongly will, she became a top student. Finally she received an university degree in English literature. Late on, she was devoted to helping the blind and deaf children.

Today, I bought a cup of coffee for the old lady which was selling fruits and vegetables in the market near our school. At first, she was surprising and had a question mark on her face. She asked myself, "What is this for?" I replied, "This is appreciation for all your hard works in this cold weather." Then, she had bright smile on her face and was very happy. The look on her face made me proudly. Now, I realize in that every part of the world had a connection. The biggest thing I need to learn is what to connect and I believe that kind is the master key.
