I know it can be hard to make friends sometimes. Some people are not very nice to you, so you needn’t be friends with them. Just be yourself. Finding people who have things in common (共同的) is a good way to make friends. People can have the same schoolbags, shoes, clothes and they easily make friends. You can also find people who have the same interests as you. There is a game or sport you like to play and ask people to play with you. It’s easy to start talking to people.

6 . I’m Bob and I’m a student of No.2 Middle School. We have many rules in our school. I think some of them are good for us, but others are not so good.

We have to wear our school uniforms. I think it’s good. If we don’t have this rule, some students will wear expensive (贵的) clothes. They will think more about their clothes, but not study. We can’t be late for school and we have to listen to the teachers in class. All of these rules are good for our study and I like them.

We can’t bring phones to school. I don’t think it’s a good idea. Sometimes our parents are busy and can’t get home early. They need to tell us about that. If we can’t take phones, how can they tell us? Also, we can’t go to the movies on weekends. I know we have to study hard, but we need to relax, too.

8 . There is a big square (广场) near my home. People like to go to this square after work. Some of them go to the square every day. Look! That is Mr. King. He is sitting on a chair and watching the children. Some children are playing a game. Some boys are playing football. Lucy and Lily are standing under a tree. They are talking about their favorite songs. Some children are flying kites.There is a small river in the park. We can see some boats on the water. Some children are sitting in the boats with their parents. Listen! A girl is singing.

This is really a nice square. I come here after school every day.

Today is Saturday. It’s 8:00 in the evening here. I’m writing to tell you something about my life. My father is watching a talk show on CCTV. That’s his favorite show. My brother is playing computer games. My dog Dick is taking the hat to me. He wants me to put it on and go out for a walk with him. What a clever dog! My little sister is practicing playing the piano. It sounds beautiful today. I can hear cars and buses coming and going quickly. Also there are some boys playing ball games.
