Doing good daily doesn't necessary mean helping other people. We can also do something good for other little creatures on this earth. Today, I was on my way to home and saw the turtle trying to cross the road. I stop my car, picked up and brought it to a river nearby. It was the rush hour but there were a lot of cars behind me. It took me about five minute to finish doing that. Although my action might be an inconvenience with other cars, I knew that save a life was well worth their waiting. In my mind. what I did was meaningless.
Nowadays, star- worshiping (追星) was popular among teenagers, especially many middle school students. Thousand of fans are crazy about the handsome appearances, beautiful songs and perfectly acting skills of their idols. They imitate whatever stars do, including their clothes, hairstyles and hobbies. As result, some of them forget what they should do and even spoil on their study.
In my opinion, have idols is not a bad thing. Therefore, we should make it clear which are the real "heroes". As far as I am concerned, the real heroes are those who is making the most contributions to their society, such as teachers, doctors and scientists. As young students we should learn from them. Only in this way can we become useful people and be real popular stars in the future.

I as well as my parents are going to New York City this month. I had been looking forward to go there for a long time. It is one of the most beautiful city all over the world. There are many places of interest which I can learn something I can’t learn it in school. I’d also like to see the Empire State Building. Unfortunate, the Twin Towers were destroyed in September 11, 2001, or I would have the chance to see them by myself. Now I am getting ready for the excited trip. I am sure it will be unforgettable experience.
As we all know,everyone has a dream. I dreamed of being a doctor since I entered the primary school. Nowadays with modern life go rapidly, many people suffer from different kind of diseases, both mentally and physically. As a result, doctors are in the great need at home and abroad. My new friend Tom is good at English writing. One day, I asked him how he did so well in written English. He told me that he has a habit of keep a diary every day. "You can try them, too. I'm sure you will improve your written English quickly in this way, "he said. I thought Tom was right, but I decided to follow his advices. I started to write down something interested every day. Sometimes when I didn't know why to spell a word, I would look it up in a dictionary. When I didn't know how to write a sentence correct, I would ask my teacher for the help. My written English has really improved a lot because that.
Nowadays many people drive to work. It causes more traffic accidents. As students, how can we do to guarantee our safe？First of all, the traffic rules must be strict obeyed. When we cross streets, wait until the traffic light turn green. Next, don't forget walk on the pavement. Finally, I think it is the danger to us to wear headphones while we're walking or cycling. Since we can't pay enough attention on the traffic around us, an accidents may happen. Taking good care of ourselves and don't let our parents worry about them.
Last week，my friends invited me to going camping to see the sunrise. I felt so exciting and asked for my parents' permission. Luckily，he agreed. We got to the mountain top that we would stay for a whole night. We were singing together while one of my friends was playing guitar. The next morning，we wake up at about five o'clock. We could not wait to see the sun come down. After a while，we saw the red color light up the sky gradual. It was so amazing scenery. The beauty of nature impressed with me at that moment.
The International Volunteer Day approaching,some volunteers of our school were organized to assist the policemen with traffic control in our city. At 8 o'clock on the morning of last Sunday, we gather at the school gate. One of our teachers was in the charge of this activity and he divided us into four groups. Then we went to different crossings near our school. The police officers told us that we should do and how to protect themselves from danger. We spent the whole morning keep the streams of traffic flowing smooth. With a red banner in our hands, we stopped some road user running a red light. Some citizens praised us our good deeds. Because we were very tired that morning,we were pride to have offered service to our society.
I'm a booklover but like sharing my love for books！So I've been bought books constantly. Finishing reading one book，I placed it in my school so that some of my schoolmate can enjoy themselves when reading it. I especial like placing it on a stone table in the little garden that students might have time to take a rest. I was delighted when I saw the card left on the table to say thanks the other day. And from the card，I knew my book turned out of to be a birthday gift for a strange girl. It was so lovely find out that my book could bring anyone pleasure！

Meanwhile, people are also clear aware of its disadvantages, and some children don't realize they sometimes make friends with bad people online. In my opinion, people can use the Internet make friends, download useful materials and go shopping online. However, there were also many disadvantages of the Internet. If you can't use it correctly, it may be harmful for you. In junior middle school, I was once crazy about play online games and I couldn't control myself. As the result, my study results were getting from bad to worse. Besides, if you believe whichever your friends say online, you will be cheated by them some day.
